We settled on installing a new transformer in our garage that would be easy to get to and be the least amount of damage to run the wires. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Pricing was fair. He is honest, reliable, great communicator, and very respectful of your home. Being Asian, no shoes in the house is important to me and he was so kind to take his shoe booties on and off depending on where he was working. That is hard to come by with many contractors and I very much appreciated it. I'd absolutely call him for any future jobs!

They also installed the heater and temperature sensor (this is highly recommended by the heater companies! Don't install these without professional help!) It's hard to find contractors who are both reliable and fairly priced, but Caldera Power Services delivered on both. There were electricians who would charge up to $350 just to come out and assess the situation before determining if it was fixable. There were electricians who would do a half-hearted inspection and just determine to replace the breaker, even when I, with some simple research online, knew that replacing the breaker would not solve the issue. There were also electricians who would come out and determine the problem, tell me they would send a quote over, then make me wait for over a week for that quote, which ultimately never came despite me following up numerous times. I then found Elie from New Electronics Communication. Right from the start, he was up-front about his complimentary on-site estimate. He asked relevant questions about my predicament. He offered advice and suggestions. He then came out and determined the what was wrong, fixed it, and had everything up and running that same day after I got the runaround from so many other electricians. I am so happy with the work that Elie did, but I am far more impressed with how he represented himself and the professionalism that he demonstrated. I cannot recommend Elie and New Electronics Communication highly enough. Save yourself the time and just go with him and his company and you will not be sorry.
