When I went to have it rung up, it did not match the price that was advertised on the shelf. Cashier initially told me they would honor the price and discount it. Manager showed up and gave me a song and dance about how they've been having issues with stocking and pricing, and would not honor the mispriced ammunition nor honor the cashiers offer to discount the ammunition. I will not be back. Tractor Supply from now on it is. You cannot tell your customer one thing and then immediately retract it. Especially when the entire issue is based on your incorrect management of the store. And in doing all of this, they wasted over an hour of my time waiting. I don't know what has happened here, but they turned over the store to a clown show.

I called them on Tuesday of the following week because nobody reached out; they are very unorganized. They do not have a time /day they give you. They just show up and call you right before they come. The couple times I did call and I think I spoke to the owner he does not know how to provide customer service. He was irritated with my questions. I just wanted to be on a schedule to get my tree replaced. They got my money already. This place is super expensive. I do love my tree though.
