The gate weighs at least 500 pounds and we have to get out and unlock a cheap combo lock and then slide the gate, which is extremely hard because of the weight. I also pay a premium for electricity so I can maintain my batteries on my boat and this is the second time the electricity hasn't worked and this time it's been weeks without resolution. I call and leave messages and no one returns the calls, ever!!! This company sucks and they won't talk to their customers. If you ever do talk to someone it is a person somewhere in Asia with no idea what is going on. And they won't give you information about how to talk with the owners. This company sucks!!!

The male Clerk rudely told me he didn't ship equipment that way, as I was attempting to explain why items were not boxed or labeled by myself. He would not listen to me or allow me to show him the Directv, UPS mailing instructions. His only answer being, "I've never shipped things that way before"...??? Instructions clearly state that I only return UNBOXED, UNLABELED equipment, as is, and that UPS Store employee will SCAN, BOX, LABEL, AND SHIP ALL ITEMS. I believe in patronizing and supporting local businesses but I will never step foot back inside his establishment again, EVER! He clearly does NOT need the business.

I rented online and have regretted it ever since. The office is DISGUSTING. It smells like a…read morethousand cats litter box and there is filth everywhere. Don't touch anything. The old guy that owns it and lives in the apartment also smells bad and is always filthy. He was polite when I rented the unit but has been rude and condescending ever since. I've never met the lady that works there but she has always been very nice and helpful. The lot is not paved but is just mud and rocks, with giant holes, broken down vehicles and garbage everywhere. They don't accept American Express and they have increased the rates. I CANNOT WAIT until I can get my stuff out of there and never have to deal with them again.
