I was amazed at the efficiency of the process of getting them without talking to anyone, yet I was provided phone numbers and location of the origination and destination terminals for follow up to call for any help needed. The delivery staff were extremely courteous and helpful in placing the boxes. They were true professionals. The only thing I would add is to be aware that they are very busy and work to consolidate their work with other orders efficiently. I did not select paying an additional fee for precise delivery dates, but they still made it within my schedule.
