The male Clerk rudely told me he didn't ship equipment that way, as I was attempting to explain why items were not boxed or labeled by myself. He would not listen to me or allow me to show him the Directv, UPS mailing instructions. His only answer being, "I've never shipped things that way before"...??? Instructions clearly state that I only return UNBOXED, UNLABELED equipment, as is, and that UPS Store employee will SCAN, BOX, LABEL, AND SHIP ALL ITEMS.
