I've never met the lady that works there but she has always been very nice and helpful. The lot is not paved but is just mud and rocks, with giant holes, broken down vehicles and garbage everywhere. They don't accept American Express and they have increased the rates. I CANNOT WAIT until I can get my stuff out of there and never have to deal with them again.
