There were connection issues with the iPad to sign all documents. It took an hour waiting on this. I'm patient. The lead mover called the supervisor to approve removing 1 hour for this issue. Supervisor agreed. I received a call from Josh saying I had an outstanding bill of 1 and 1/2 hours. This isn't great customer service. I would not recommend 2 men and a truck.

My things and o saw him going through my dresser and I told him that I as wrong to do that He became angry and said he quite with my personal. Things already in the truck But he was the driver so the other two we're with him so they started unloading the truck and left me stranded without movers I had to start desperately seeking other movers which turned out to be a move from Hell These moving companies are lacking in hiring. The desks were dismantled, and all the screws were stored in labeled bags. Important documents were stored in marked boxes to avoid getting lost among household items. They also put our stuff in our kitchen and living room, dividing the space. The truck was on time to the new address, and unloading began immediately. It started raining while they were moving, but they were careful and had covers to protect them. Fortunately, the boxes remained dry, including some with electronics and papers. They were delivered at around 10 pm. One cable was installed in another office box and was easily found due to the labeling. The service was useful for anyone relocating to preserve a work-from-home regimen.

The storage arrangement gave us time to complete the remaining work at the new place. During unloading, one shelf bracket was not immediately visible, which worried us for a moment. It was later found inside the labeled hardware box, so nothing was actually missing. The delivery team came on the scheduled date for the final placement. They positioned the heavier equipment where our contractor had marked the floor plan. The move helped us reopen without a major interruption to our work. I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Decluttering was more than "getting rid of stuff", I was reliving memories of old and giving up on future events (giving up all our camping equipment was WAY harder than I dreamed of). LeAnn was so gracious throughout the process. She was kind and understanding about my big mess. It took several visits, but my house is definitely better now that she stepped in! I ended up doing the unit longer and when I came out I was half expecting to maybe have some type of issue with maybe bugs or you know just regular stuff it was inside and air-conditioned but I figured there's gonna be some thing you know since it has been so many months. Everything was great for him as far as what I can tell if anything changes I will come back and update. This was one of the most positive experiences not only from calling around other places, but pricing, location and cleanliness. The biggest and most impressive part was when they cut the lock for me because I had left the keys in another state.
