First of all, as you know moving is a very stressful event and to move 4 hours away if even more stressful, but Eva and Donald made it so less stressful. Actually, because Donald and Stephen are both very personable, positive and upbeat they made the move for me fun and enjoyable. They are both very hard workers. Eva was enjoyable to work with as well and very accommodating to all my needs and stress about the move. I contracted Out of the Box Moving and requested a 2-man team to move a 3 bedroom house. Donald and his colleague were efficient between moving out of my old house into my new house. They took care of the cushioning and wrapping for certain items such as the sofa, dining table top, and filing cabinet to prevent damage during transport. They also disassemble and reassemble any furniture that requires it. Everything went smoothly from contracting through final payment for services. Will definitely work with OOTB Moving again for future moving needs.

The quote was clear and rapid without the need of a phone call or providing my phone number and email to them. Once I decided on using them and my moving dates, I was able to reserve and schedule the ReloCubes delivery right from the quote provided. I was amazed at the efficiency of the process of getting them without talking to anyone, yet I was provided phone numbers and location of the origination and destination terminals for follow up to call for any help needed. The delivery staff were extremely courteous and helpful in placing the boxes. They were true professionals. The only thing I would add is to be aware that they are very busy and work to consolidate their work with other orders efficiently. I did not select paying an additional fee for precise delivery dates, but they still made it within my schedule. There pick up dates ended up being a day later than I requested, but it all worked well.
