The new local manager (Randy) is really nice, and takes great care of the place. It really shows that this place is under new management now. The place is not new but everything works fine. If there ever is any problem Randy is all over it. What I also like is that they handle all the money is handled online so no worrying about money orders, or checks in the mail and calling to see if they have arrived. I can pay automatically and keep track of what payment I did. They even email and text payment receipts. Also with the key pad access code to the gate it is essentially 24/7. They don't recommend working in the dark, but they have motion lights and cameras. So basically its worry free storage without anyone fussing over you when you don't need it. I love that Meehan Storage takes care of check in/ check out and payments online. There is no cash in hand at the facility. While an older facility, it offers 24 hour access, security cameras, and flood lights. We always felt safe even after dark when getting our stuff. We had a large unit with electricity and lighting inside the unit. Perfect for our needs. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. They moved us into a unit with a door that came off the tracks every time we tried to open or close it. Then the "manager" told us to move the rest of our belongings into a different unit, and he would move everything from the old unit into the new unit. However, he wouldn't answer our calls or texts when we tried to arrange it and kept us waiting one day for an hour and 15 minutes before we gave up. To add insult, he then wanted to charge us for both units. The new unit could be opened with the lock in place. Not secure, not maintained, one unit between ours with crap that had been left in there. It stunk and attracted mice which we saw signs of in our units. The fact that they have availability when everyplace else in town is booked should tell you something. Get on a waiting list at any of the other places.
