They called it an Act of God. But I call it lack of maintenance.

She is so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and an expert in storage needs. She really cares about the property. It's one of the cleanest we've seen. It's because of her that we selected Five Star compared to others around. She was super helpful on size needs; she also explained everything very well. She answered any questions. We love her! If she ever leaves, it would be hard for us to stay with this storage. Thank you for being so kind and offering valuable service!

I asked for extra care for my grandmother's dressers, and they did not even put anything on top of it, leading to scratches and gouges all over the top. The moving company that unloaded the truck at our destination said they could not believe how poorly it was loaded. I very much regret hiring A Sharp Movers. I sent pictures of the damage to the owner and my husband and I both left voicemails. Over a week later, there has been no reply.

What started out as a "weatherization" to my home through my electric company CoServ to qualify for…read moreTCOG's utility assistance program. Now I have damages to my roof where they added vents to "blow in insulation to my attic", which caused leaks and mold. They did a temporary fix by applying peel and seal around the vents which did not fix the problem. The ceiling in my dining room, kitchen and the adjoining walls has mold. I tried multiple times to complain to the Board of Directors, the director and management. I was denied. A mold inspection company (at TCOG's request) came to my home and did an inspection, it tested positive for mold. I am disable and the Director, Eric informed me that I would have to go in person to complete a complaint. I live in Denton county and can not travel. I was continuously denied a telephone or virtual meeting with the Board of Directors. The only response that I have received is a letter from their attorney requesting a waiver that the only work they would cover is the dining room ceiling. In addition, this does not include the extensive damages that their contractor caused to my water pipes underneath my master bathroom by leaving the pipe uncovered during the freeze...I was also denied assistance for electric assistance when I reapplied last January which I feel was related to my complaints of the damages.

I've had 4 new septic systems installed with them, 2 of which haven't been used yet and 2 that have…read morehad issues in less than a year and a half. We have called to try and figured out why the septic for our shop has been overflowing into our office entrance way and they keep blaming on other variables. I've paid Plummer's to come out to confirm we have no issues with out plumbing and other septic companies who have came out and confirmed that it was improper installation yet slaughter will not take any responsibility and has blocked our number so we can't even call to tell them the issues we are having with a NEW septic system that is still under warranty. We have sh*t water going into our office entrance and crawfish coming to entrance due to water overflowing from the septic in 95 degree weather when there has been no rain for days Worst customer service Do NOT use this company. Now that we are filing reports with the county we are being told that many people have this issue with Scott slaughter. That when he is taking your money to install its all good but once he gets the money he could care less to finish the job the correct way. The owner is very unprofessional hanging up on us and not evening trying to address the issue We are business owners ourself and we understand mistakes happen but we do our part to try and resolve it and make it right for our customers especially when they paid for a service and slaughter seems to be the complete opposite where he could care less once he gets paid The system at our house, we were told that it needed to be pumped cause of dog fur (installed LESS than a year ago) and the guy tells us our warranty won't cover it and if the pump goes out it's on us. After calling that to be BS they had someone else come out and say it's from sludge and they weren't sure how it happened. We got another company to come out and they made a report saying the return lines were improperly installed and all three trash was going to the clean tanks with the filters causing the filters to get clogged and the pump to continually run and I sent that to them and they have YET to address it. Just really disappointing cause we trusted them and have paid tens of thousands to them for all of our systems and every single one in use has a issue. Chose any other company if you're looking for septic work. Literally a donkey could do a better job at the point. Atleast he'd have a reason to why is work is so unprofessional.
