I needed my pants taken in and my sleeves of my jacket brought in a bit. Measurements were very quick and I was given a date of two weeks later. I was offered earlier but I was months out from the wedding so I was in no hurry. Someone before me needed their suit within the week so I hope I helped a bit by sending myself to the bottom of the list. When I picked it up, I was asked to go in through the Dry Cleaning entrance. I was given my suit, tried it on, and if I had any questions or concerns, to ask the woman working at the front desk. All fit perfectly so I packed it all back up and left. Great price too! I think I paid only $70 for an expert tailor job.

After being referred to take my dress here I was extremely disappointed. I dropped my wedding dress…read moreoff in September and was told it would not be a priority item and would therefore not be ready until late December. Fine, I did not have a problem with that. Upon picking up my dress, there was very noticeable discoloration on my buttons on the dress. The owner reached out to me 5 days later with no real good explanation or solution. After I provided the idea of getting replacement buttons from the designer he said "well 99% of the time that's not possible". I went ahead and asked the shop I bought my dress from if I could anyway and I was indeed able to get replacement buttons. It's now February and buttons will not be in until May. I asked to pick up my dress and get reimbursed for the buttons and the replacement of them done by my seamstress who recommended them. They said okay - with no other compensation. I asked if they would do anything else for me and they did provide a credit of $100 on a $350+ service. When finalizing the reimbursement, they let me know they had already removed all the damaged buttons from my dress which really disappointed me. I picked up my dress and will be handling all the repairs on my own. It was disappointing I had to ask for and tell them what they should do without being offered anything from the beginning. If I would have preserved my dress I would have never seen this issue until decades down the road. If you preserve your dress with them I would make sure you inspect the dress after it is cleaned before you lock it up in a box. Will not return. They got 2 stars for prompt reply on communication.
