What we didn't plan on was it failing within weeks of us closing. It was stressful, to say the least. I found Brother Plumbing and Septic through their reviews and decided to take a chance. Their reputation was well earned. Jesus was fantastic. He took the time to really explain what was going on, laid out our options clearly, and gave us his honest take every step of the way. He was more focused on making sure we made the right decision for the long run than anything else, and that kind of integrity doesn't go unnoticed. He and his crew were professional, thorough, and left the property in better condition than they found it. Fair pricing, great communication, and work that speaks for itself. If you're dealing with septic issues, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

I cannot recommend this company…read more I hired them to locate and pump my septic tank\. They came to my property two or three times, dug a large hole, and I paid over $900\. They never found the tank or completed the job\. They promised they would obtain the city or county blueprints and return to finish the work, but it's been almost a year and a half and they never came back or followed up\. They even suggested I break part of my concrete patio, which turned out to be unnecessary because they were looking in the wrong place\. I understand difficult jobs happen, but I paid for a professional service that was never completed\. I received no solution, no refund, and no accountability\. Very disappointing experience

Like other septic services company they charge for the pumping and for labor if they need to dig to find the tanks. Mine were about 1.5 ft underground and they charge $90/hr I believe. Plus $350 for the pumping. They do an excellent job of explaining how all this works. They also install the risers (which I didn't know about). Although we decided not to do it this time around will reach out when we decide to. Thanks!!

Anyway so Doctor Plumber came out punctually at that, asked me what the issue was and just went straight to replacing our garbage disposal because he said it wasn't worth trying to seal the leak coming from the disposer. I'm requesting Doctor Plumber from now on if I have future plumbing issues.

The problem turned out to be a leaking garbage disposal, but we had him replace our angle stops as long as he was under there. Glad we did! Someone had mangled the pipe stubs coming out of the wall during a previous service. He fixed one and replaced the other. He quoted us once for replacing the garbage disposal, additionally for replacing the angle stops, and then some extra for fixing the piping. When it came time to pay the bill, he quoted us a price that was way under the total of what he had quoted us for the three separate tasks. It was so nice to have all of this taken care of at a reasonable price.

I asked if it was ok to stick with them for the repair's because of my initial encounter with them and I'm so glad they accepted. Our job was very very difficult but they helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to help complete our difficult drain repair job. We have real hard wood floors that were a monster pain to break through. But instead of me having to hire a demo team to break the floor, by some miracle they powered through and did it themselves saving us more money. They even fixed bad plumbing work that was done by the previous owners plumber. We are super thankful for Moises and his excellent team. They not only fixed the problem but also upgraded our drain to prevent any future problems. On top of that we had a separate bathroom plumbing issue and I reached out to him and they came out right away and took care of the problem for me at no cost because we were already dealing with so much, I was lucky he accepted what I gave him. That spoke volumes to me. I hope no one ever has to deal with any plumbing issues but if you do Please don't hesitate to give them a call. You'll get the work done right and for a great price.
