She was like "uh, um...send the form to me first then I will tell you when I can come over." I was like lady get your priorities straight. How can you not know when you can come over over to do a backflow test? Ever heard of a calendar? The concept of time management? Jeez, the worst! The second company doesn't even know what their right hand is doing from its left hand. They didn't even know if they do backflow testing nor have any answer to my questions. I was put on hold multiple times so they can figure out if they do backflow testing, how much it would cost, or when they can even come over. They finally got their isters together and said the best they can come over is a month later. A month! You do know they threaten us by shutting off our water if this is not done? Yes, this is true folks. I was like screw this! The last one was like getting a little slice of heaven. They provided solutions for everything; not problems: Excellent customer service (thanks christina....i hope this is correct), immediately set up a date and time of service (within a weeks time), knew exactly where to service the device, and I didn't have to be there. It was so easy to take care of this due to their effectively managed service from phone call to testing. Mind you, these are the only approved testers and this company is pure success. The problem turned out to be a leaking garbage disposal, but we had him replace our angle stops as long as he was under there. Glad we did! Someone had mangled the pipe stubs coming out of the wall during a previous service. He fixed one and replaced the other. He quoted us once for replacing the garbage disposal, additionally for replacing the angle stops, and then some extra for fixing the piping. When it came time to pay the bill, he quoted us a price that was way under the total of what he had quoted us for the three separate tasks. It was so nice to have all of this taken care of at a reasonable price.

I can't say enough good things about them!…read more I had a corroded pipe on my house's second level that was spraying water under the sink, and a previous company that came out said that they would have to knock out a section of the wall, replace the entire pipe going down to the ground floor, and quoted me an amazingly high price that I could not afford. 1. Hadi came out with another gentleman and first of all, they were so very polite and friendly that I felt very comfortable. 2. They were able to replace just the corroded elbow joint, instead of the entire system, and it only took about 15 minutes! 3. The price was 10 times lower than the other company! They were so helpful and understanding about my financial situation that they were honest enough to do the minimum required, but did a great quality job.
