His guys were a few hours away with the camera and hydro jet. He hung out the entire time till they got there. He said we are in this together! Not only did he ease my anxieties and worries about the septic possibly failing, but he was kind enough to give me a crash course on how septic tanks work. After thoroughly emptying, cleaning, and ensuring all was well, I was informed that if any other issues arise shortly after, it will be the main line and to call that plumber back to do his job. Fast forward not even 5 days later and my bathtub and toilet are at it again. Called the plumber back and informed him of the current situation and how I really needed him to come snake the main line as I had hired/payed him to do but was told that he would charge me again. Didnt want to deal with that so I decided to call Kurt's yet again. This time Bret came out to service my main lines and was a trooper at handling the few problems that popped up. He was able to find a clog in the lines and took care of it all right away. Once again I was educated and informed that moving forward if anything else fails, then it'll be time to replace the septic and/or leech lines. Although it was really pricey compared to other service calls, it was well worth the price knowing the job was done right. To say the least, when the time comes for that massive job, I will definitely be calling them back again. Thank you guys!!!!!!

Art's crew, including Art, showed up early and ready to work! Three guys in total. For the $495 fee, you get 2 hours of their time. They were done in about 45 minutes, showed me the area they blasted through on the camera to confirm and were merrily on their way. Problem solved, pipes look great and we're happy! They are nice guys that can save you money in the long run in repiping or lining, or cleaning prior to lining - we were relieved to see that the pipe was ok after fearing the pipe may have collapsed or was cracked. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this company- they are not worth your time- here's my story- I had a toilet back up…read morelast month- my wife calls a hydrojetting company (roto rooter?) anyway we paid them $500 for the hydrojetting - we still had the issue 3 weeks later and then we called the pump company to get the septic tanks empty- they did it and we still had a blockage- they sent their partner company Art Hydrojetting and the guy just came and said he was here to hydrojet and has no info - calls his office multiple times- makes some videos to show how clean it is now ( btw it was clean before he even got there) anyway he leaves and acknowledges that he was not able to fix the issues- and can't do anything inside the toilet as it was some procedural and insurance issue- I told him that as he's not done anything I should be paying them minimum visit fee and nothing more- I received a text and bill for $550 - so thinking it's an error I text the owner stating the issue of inaccuracy and then the owner called me today and after threatening me and abusing me - I decided to just pay him as he wanted to see me as he knew where I lived- I was initially infuriated and then realized it's a toilet flush company- it is what it is- by the way- Kurt Kohler fixed it in 10 mins and no stress even helped me out with the mess they had created at a fraction of the cost- you should always research lessons learned- just not a happy experience. Anyway. It's a sh$&y job done I guess.
