We had a complicated mess of plumbing issues--mainly caused by massive tree roots wreaking havoc underground. Over time, we had no fewer than six licensed plumbers come out to diagnose and fix the problem, with little success. It started with our water bill suddenly tripling, which led us to suspect a leak somewhere--but in a large house, that's easier said than found. Dave came out and quickly identified three separate issues: two toilets that needed new internal parts and three landscape valves that were leaking. Those were straightforward fixes, and he handled them efficiently. But the real challenge was in our backyard. Both patio drains had been completely clogged by roots, causing water to pool dangerously close to the house whenever it rained or we watered. Previous attempts to fix it had failed--and even made things worse, including broken snake lines stuck in the pipes. At that point, I was bracing for the worst: tearing up concrete and a major, messy excavation. What happened instead completely exceeded my expectations. Dave and his crew not only found and fixed the root of the problem, but they also corrected the damage left behind by previous plumbers. The precision and care they showed were incredible. The concrete work was far more minimal than I imagined for a job of this size, and when they finished (in just two days), the area was spotless. Truly spotless. I called Enterprise on a Saturday, Jack gave me some very helpful tips to figure out if the thing was just sweating or if it needed new wax rings, which it did. I really appreciate that this company doesn't push for pricey out calls on weekends, and after describing what went on, I had an appointment for Tuesday and instructions on what to do in the meantime. Once both Jack and Alfred came, they took care of replacing the wax rings - which meant removing the bowl completely with no muss and no fuss. They checked it over while explaining the work to me, and left the area repaired, freshly sealed and clean - all in less than an hour. Pricing was super reasonable too, I'll definitely be using them again in the future as well as recommending them. IMPORTANT: I live in a building that uses the OTHER plumbers also named Enterprise (the one with I&J on their name), and had this been a building issue I would've had been forced to use those guys, which I didn't want to given the poor reviews. Keep this in mind when reading the reviews as I noticed some people attributed issues to this company incorrectly.
