This was a major project, and from beginning to end Victor was professional, thorough, responsive, and easy to work with. What impressed me most was the ownership he took over the entire process. He kept me informed, explained what was happening, answered my questions, and made a complicated septic-to-sewer conversion feel organized and manageable. You never get the sense that you're being left to figure things out on your own. His crew was also excellent -- professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly experienced with sewer line and plumbing work. If you're looking for a reliable plumber for a sewer connection, sewer line project, drain or plumbing work, I would absolutely recommend Victor's Rooter. It's rare to find someone who combines technical experience with this level of communication, accountability, and care for the customer. Victor himself shows up to the job sites!

He fixed two of our showers, which went from pathetic trickles with loud, groaning shakes to normal, full pressure with incredible water flow. On one of the showers, a handle was completely stuck with severe green buildup. Manny expertly disengaged it, changed our Toto cartridges, and deep-cleaned the showerheads. He is exceptionally competent and a true master of his craft. He completely resolved the shaking noise in both showers, left everything absolutely spotless, and restored our water pressure perfectly. I am so surprised at myself that I haven't done a Yelp review on this quick, efficient, helpful…read moreservice called 911 Plumbing. The name speaks on its own. This review is a bit overdue. Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. I am so grateful that I found this plumbing company that did an exceptional, excellent job for both my bathrooms, and my garbage disposal in my kitchen. Since my landlord didn't want to pay for it, we paid $800.00 out of pocket and I deducted from our rent. It was a mess, now everything is fixed, looks nice and clean. Shout out to their secretary too. She gave us an estimated time and date and both guys were in front of my door 10 minutes prior. 10/10. Open 24/7 for our convenience.. Thank you, highly recommend to those, who are looking for great, knowledgeable, professional plumbers such as 911 plumbing..
