I explained what was going in to the best of our knowledge, she diagnosed a probable slab leak. Brent came out, did a walk around and said call your insurance co. We asked if he could tell us what was going on and he said possible main break. No leak detection ( which i requested) charged 180.00 and left.I wouldnt call them again . I called called a different company and the whole vibe was different. Super nice. The guy came out found the issue immediately. Its being fixed as we speak. It was a slab leak nor was it a main break. But its zero starts for Kurt Bohmer.

As a result, I was cited by LA County, and needed to get it taken care of ASAP. I called Julie at L&S Construction in Littlerock, who arranged with Lawrence, the principal, to visit the site right away and provide a quote. Lawrence took great pains to make sure the garbage was actually on my parcel. He even went as far as to visit the parcel WITH the environmental rep from LA County just to make sure the facts were straight. (Who does that? He could have easily just gone ahead with the job, and I wouldn't have been the wiser....) I was impressed. It turns out the garbage was indeed on my property, at which time Lawrence and Julie provided me with a fair quote and offered added-value options like building berms and No Dumping signs. Not only that, but L&S wouldn't accept full payment until the citation was fully cleared with LA County and the job was completely done. All in all, a very satisfying experience. I couldn't recommend L&S Construction more highly! They were friendly, fair, and professional. And that's all I could ask for.
