They were super awesome in explaining the the tools and any equipment and I wish they were the only thing I could base this review on. The equipment performed flawlessly and was great! The one star comes from the lady at the counter. She alone being the first you see and the last made this the worst retail type experience I have ever had. From the phone calls calling for pricing she did nothing but cut attitude and just seemed bent on not trying to get my business. She was even worse in person and upon return all things went to hell. She was too busy telling me how to unload a set of ramps off my car she lost a potential sale from my neighbor who drove my equipment in. She ignored her inquires and scared her away. Worst experience! I am sorry I can't convey how bad it was. Let me just say I do need another rental but more importantly I need to find a new company I will never go here again! Renter beware this place was not user friendly. I will not give them my business again!
