After checking on my heater, Avetis discovered that, of all things, there was some packing material lodged inside the shower head fixture, apparently left there by the handyman who installed it. This had an effect on the volume of water allowed through the shower head and triggered the water tank to turn off the hot water. He cleaned it out, and now it's working fine. Avetis was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and left the work area clean and tidy. When I noticed that the shower head alignment needed to be fixed (purely aesthetic), Avetis came back to adjust it and didn't charge me for the visit. I will call him again for my plumbing needs.

This company is UNPROFESSIONAL. Way overcharged. initial charge was $450 to snake my main line and…read morethen put a scope down it and he didnt even fix the clog. that cost upon shopping around should have been $150-$250 max. He then said that i had a broken backwater valve that needed to be replaced and he would have to remove my bush and not be able to use it again, dig 5 feet deep into the ground and replace the backwater valve. was going to charge me $4800 PLUS the $450 to come out and tell me what the issue is. When he snaked the main he didnt even unclog the issue. he stopped because he thought he hit the clay pipes at the property line. then he YANKED the snake all the way back up. upon using the camera to see the issue it was submerged in water still (because he didnt unclog the main). So i called other companies to come out and give me their assessments, price line, time frame to fix, etc. I settled on a young professional who used a hydrojet to flush the line fully. then he sent a camera all the way down. This time there was zero water in the main line and the camera went all the way down to the middle of the street to where the city pipe is. As it turns out, the original guy (guy i am doing this review on), when he yanked back the snake he broke the backwater valve flap off and it is gone down the sewer line. Upon inspection of the pipes now that the clog has been flushed out and the line is empty and clear, it was discovered that all of the piping is in good condition with zero issues. just that the flap to the backwater valve was broken off. i ended up using this other company who used a hydrojet to flush the pipe, a camera to confirm all is cleared and look for any issues. inspected my yards and followed my pipe lines to make sure everywhere had no leaks anywhere. Since they were here they also checked my sprinkler lines and water main and made sure they didnt have any leaks either. (i didnt even ask them to do that). total cost to fix my issue was $1200. NOT $4800 plus $450 for assessment. i would not recommend anyone to this plumber as he over charged me, clearly didnt know what he was doing, broke my valve, wanted to charge me $4800 to fix an issue that he ultimately ended up breaking, and then i still overpaid for his assessment. and he kept telling me he was "professional".
