The first time I rented from them was 5 star. The second time was severely lacking. There was no…read moremusic in the restrooms, they were not air conditioned and they used my power instead of using their generator. It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

They were easy to work with, the restrooms were affordable, especially for how luxury they were. We were expecting between 150-175 guests at our party so we definitely needed extra restrooms for the demand. The restrooms were clean, had a sink, and a flushable toilet. He said we didn't have to send payment till he delivered the restrooms which reassured me I wasn't going to get scammed. We recently partnered with Luxury Flush as the restroom provider for a large scale, high end, high…read morevolume event on the Santa Monica Pier. It was an exceptionally complex project involving multiple 10-station restroom trailers, several ADA trailers, and a large quantity of luxury single-unit restrooms. Add in a challenging venue, difficult equipment placement, restricted servicing windows, and a 15-day continuous event schedule, and it quickly became clear we needed a true partner rather than simply a vendor. From day one, Natalia and the entire Luxury Flush team exceeded every expectation. Natalia was responsive, proactive, and relentlessly solution oriented. No matter what changed, whether it was logistics, placement, servicing schedules, or last-minute operational needs, she and her team adapted without hesitation and without complaint. It was refreshing to work with someone who consistently focused on finding solutions rather than identifying obstacles. Luxury Flush provided daily servicing, often twice per day, along with professional restroom attendants throughout event hours. When we unexpectedly needed a cleaning crew for our 30,000+ square foot event footprint with less than 12 hours' notice, Natalia assembled and managed an outstanding team that performed exceptionally well. The quality of the equipment was excellent, pricing was fair, and the level of customer service, professionalism, and operational support was first class. Luxury Flush proved themselves to be a dependable, flexible, and trusted partner throughout one of the most demanding projects I've managed. I would recommend Natalia and the entire Luxury Flush team without hesitation and look forward to working with them again.
