I've used 24/7 a few time but most recently, for my daughter's bridal shower. They're always very pleasant to work with, and the variety of choices they have in their showroom makes it fun and easy to plan a beautiful event. For the shower we rented tables, chairs, linens, glassware and chafing dishes, all of which were delivered and picked up with no issues. Before this, I used them for my husband's retirement party. The weather turned on us and it got pretty chilly so at the last minute we were able to add vinyl walls to the order, which they brought and hung around our back patio. It worked out great! It created a "tent" which held the heat in and allowed the 70+ people to spread out and not be crammed inside. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with 24/7 events. They gave us the wrong write up and estimate multiple times because they kept forgetting what we discussed and making errors. Their team was incredibly rude and it was shocking how many questions they were unable to answer about their own products. The worst part of all, was that they charged us $5,000.00 for a HEATED tent, then the heaters for the entire thing were broken so our guests were freezing, and they refused to give us a refund for them. When we tried to get a refund for the defective heathers, they then also then claimed that there were multiple missing plates, glasses, and utensils they had to charge us for, even though nobody reached out about them for the two weeks were asking for the refund. I would never recommend them to a friend. Incredibly disappointing and felt like a scam. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. A week before our Sunday wedding, they suddenly informed us of a $750 Sunday delivery surcharge that was never mentioned during booking a month prior. When we attempted to arrange next-day pickup or previous-day delivery to avoid this fee, they claimed their tables were too 'fragile' to be left overnight, even when I suggested that they could be stored inside and/or with a tarp covering. This last-minute price increase and inflexibility put us in a difficult position, as it was too late to find another vendor. Would not recommend for weekend events. read more

24/7 cancelled our LAX airport pickup while we were in flight, causing us to scramble to find another ride to Disneyland. Since we had a round-trip reservation and couldn't risk missing our return flight, we emailed them 2 days in advance to confirm they would be picking us up at our hotel at 5:30 am. 24/7 never responded to our email, so we canceled the return trip and hired another service - Karmel Shuttle. Despite the horrendous treatment and non-service, 24/7 charged our credit card $5.05 for some unknown reason. We attempted to contact them to determine why we were charged but received no response - again. 24/7 does NOT provide reliable transportation. read more

My fiancé and I put down a hefty deposit for a tent rental and heaters for a 2020 wedding that was postponed due to COVID. 24/7 immediately offered to give us a full refund of our deposit when we let them know and it was processed right away. We have been in so many difficult negotiations with other vendors related to the event postponement so we so sincerely appreciate this terrific customer service. 100% will rebook with them when our wedding is rescheduled. Pick up to LAX was on time, but "towncar" was a total bucket! Super old, trunk didn't close all the way and the inside was dirty and smelled like ass, did the driver sleep in it or what?! While in Mexico on our way to the airport I got an email saying they are cancelling my pick up.. WTF? Sooo stressful finding a ride from lax to Valencia at 11 pm.. cost us $ 173 Uber ! There was no way back. Again our party of 8 includes 2 children one 3 the other 10. Our was suppose to board at 2 pm Hawaii time but we boarded late. I received a text as follows: "Hi, unfortunately due to an unforeseen situation we are unable to provide you with service tonight. Please refer to your email for other options available to you. Please accept our apology. At 2 pm(hawaiian time) right when we were boarding. We were scrambling with the 3 other companies they referred us to and no answer on two of them and the other said sorry no availability as well! This was a big downfall from our wonderful trip. I would NEVER EVER use or recommend this company to anyone. Oh by the way they made sure to take ALL monies up front round trip. In there notes they also put refund for my non pick up would be sent back in 21 days! Meanwhile we had to take a fly away and 3 ubers to get us home which we arrive back home at 3 am. Had a small wine tasting for my wife for about 17 people and 24/7 hooked us up with a nice set of tables, chairs, napkins and a couple bar stools. We ordered a ride home from the airport 6 weeks prior to our return flight. They confirmed they were picking my family up at the airport 48 hours prior to our arrival. Then they sent me a text message 3 hours before our flight canceling our pickup. When I called to find out why they canceled they told me they had no drivers available. I think they should of known they didn't have a driver when they confirmed 48 hours before we arrived. They recommended another company that the phone number was no longer in service. It left me and my family scrabbling at the airport for away home. We will never use them again and recommend no one else dose. read more

We rented from 24/7 Events for our wedding and loved all the items. Our venue only provided some of the tables and enough chairs for dinner, so we rented everything else from 24/7 from the linens to each and every glass, plates, forks, and all our cocktail furniture. We also rented heat lamps for the outdoor patio and so glad that we did. We changed our rental order a ton of times leading up to the wedding and they were so gracious about updating it each time. read more

24/7 Transportation Service is Amazing! I've used them for multiple events from Family weddings to Birthday celebrations, and Bridal showers. Their service has been impeccable!! We had the pleasure of having Josh as our driver and have requested him for all of our bookings. All of the drivers are great, but our favorite driver is Josh! He is very accommodating and has always made our trips hassle free and fun!! We have used many other limo services in the past and none of them have compared to 24/7!! I don't know how this company stays in business. I thought since it was right down the street, I couldn't go wrong. Big mistake. The night before I left for my trip, I hadn't heard a word. I called them after 8:00p.m. They said they were putting the board together, and they would notify me by 10:00. At 9:29 I received an email stating they we're canceling the reservation due to mechanical issues. They asked me if I wanted to cancel the return reservation, I thought, well things happen, and I did not cancel. Dumb. So, the night before my return, I had to call them after 8:00p.m. Again they were working on the board, and I would hear before 10:00. Nothing, so I called, the man said I would hear by 10:00. I said, well that sucks, because there was a 2 hr difference. He said, well it will be there for me in the am. I called them back shortly after 10, guess what? They were closed. So much for 24/7 The next morning I called, not open, but said if I would like to speak to a supervisor, leave message. This I did, never heard a word. Called my credit card company, they had charged my card for the full amount. So I was issued a full refund. I then made other arrangements. When my plane landed at 8:00pm, they left a message at 7:40, 20 minutes before I arrived, that they had to pull the driver from that area, and had to cancel. Please everyone, read reviews before you book with this horrible company. No stars. Wouldn't let me post without putting 1 star. read more

This company deserves no stars. Their vehicles are in very poor repair. The van we used last week had check engine light, check tire light. A/c didn't work and blew hot air. Van made grinding noise when turning. I was very upset as I used them to pick my whole family up from airport after a vacation and last thing I wanted was to put us all in jeopardy getting home. Just worked with 24/7 events for our wedding. We got married at a venue where we had to bring literally everything in and this is where 24/7 came in. From silverware to heat lamps and from trash cans to hedges--they brought it all. I was so impressed by their patience in the prep, going over each line item with me again and again until we got the order right. They helped us strategize where to spend our money and how to stay within budget. There were so many moving parts and details, but Kayli was on top of everything! We got to do a sample of the different table set ups and did a walk through at the venue on top of that! And day of, the 24/7 team did a perfect job setting up and cleaning up! Everything looked great, their prices are reasonable, and if you have Tricia Dahlgren as your coordinator (which you should if you can, she's the best), they'll give you a little discount!
