We found out about A La Fiesta from a friend who highly recommended them. We got what we needed at a good price and the person who helped us was very nice! read more

For our luau, we needed extra chairs and tables for the grown up section on the side of our house. These ladies were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. They even helped me secure the items onto my truck, and unload them when I returned. (FYI - They do provide delivery; however, smaller orders require pickup.) I'd highly recommend this place, and do plan to use them again for future events. read more

Worked with us relatively quickly and great job in bringing us tables and chairs in short notice. Thank you for great service.

They used to be good. 2 times this past week I showed up at opening per the sign on door. Waited 20-30 past the opening time and no one shows up. Today, 8/12 I show up an hour after scheduled opening. No one there. Probably watched 10-12 customers show up and leave because they aren't open. Horrible customer service. I'll gladly spend a little extra down the street for top notch customer Service. I called around 1pm. Lady answers. I tell her I waited for A total of 1 hour between 3 days and they don't offer me anything extra. Sorry I'll spend my money elsewhere. Zero stars if I could for this place now. Go elsewhere. I'm sorry I'm all about helping mom and pop stores but this one needs lots of help. read more

I called and got a quote at AVparty first... and decided to keep going down the yelp list. I called a La fiesta -- and the price was unbeatable! Very quick, nice, and made ordering simple. On delivery day, the gentleman we're friendly and helpful. On pick up day they were so pleasant. Overall a great experience! I will use them again. read more

Super responsive and straightforward process. Both of the ladies here were super helpful and patient. I rented a bounce house and I expected to pay more so I was quite happy. All set up and takedown down for us. They don't have any of the white bounce houses if that's what you are looking for but the typical colorful ones with different banners are available! Will use them again if I'm crazy enough to throw another party read more

A La Fiesta - Great set up under shade ! Brought their own extensions - Party Supplies Near Me - Newhall, California

Booked canopy, chairs and tables. Very reasonable price considering it included delivery, set up and pick up. They set up the night before and picked up the morning after the event. Set up and take down was fast and smooth. They called a few hours after the set up and said they noted the wind he picked up so they wanted to add one more weighted water barrel. I thought this was vey responsible and considerate of them. They returned and added one more barrel. The canopy was pre-lit so we were able to turn on lights at night. Set up stayed sturdy. Everything in good condition. read more

They were fast and easy to work with. They will be our go-to place in SCV. Prices fair and they are up-Front on cost.

We used them last year to make a custom, giraffe pinata. It was awesome. Totally cute and matched some of the other party decorations. They made a horse for us the year before. It was great. We wanted to use them again to make an Eiffel Tower pinata for a French party and......they botched it. We even gave 'em a photo of an Eiffel Tower pinata that we found on line and their guy gave us some freakish, little, mutant, runt, step-child of a Tower. They're using another guy, a sub-contractor and I understand that they can't control what he does. We explained that we didn't want the pinata but their guy wouldn't make another. They agreed that it was no good and happily gave us a refund. I appreciate that. I expect that that same customer service mentality is at work in the party rental side of their business and that they'd treat you right and charge you fair. But if you have a cool, obscure idea for a pinata you may want to try another place. read more

We used them last year for my kids' birthday party. We rented a canopy, table, chairs and table linen. Their pricing was the best I could find and I called several places. Everything was in great condition. They were on time to set up and take down, and staff was professional and easy to work with. We'll definitely work with them again. read more

I used A La Fiesta for my sons wedding at Orcutt Ranch in West Hills. Their prices and products were wonderful and the owners are professional and personable. I will use them for all upcoming events. Thank you A La Fiesta! read more

Alright so I love these people. The shop itself isn't much to look at. It's kind of a wonky all in one type shop that looks family owned by a Hispanic family. But...don't be fooled by looks, they provide great service super affordably. I rented my wedding chairs for my wedding here. Super cheap. I rented tables, chairs and bouncers for both my son's bdays for 3 years in a row (so 6 events there) and I'm a professional wedding photographer and have sent countless clients here as well. With AV party rental being right down the road, this little business may not have the fancy set up, but... They do have the products at a fraction of a cost. I mean really... .60 cents per chair. 8 dollars for round banquet tables. And 2.50 for chivaly chairs. It's a steal. Don't be fooled by the tiny storefront, and semi unappealing set up. These people are truly humble and a great little gem if you actually look. I've done tons of business with them and even w me not living in the area anymore.... I still go back to them. Wish there were more small businesses like these guys. I'd rather pay for the actual product and not some huge storefront location any day. Thanks a la fiesta party rentals for giving me some great events. I hope more people write reviews about what a great lil business you are. Ps. Super cheap delivery too. Keep that in mind before going to some of the other high end party places. read more

Service is okay, although they could improve on the customer service part. I rented tables and chairs plus a chaving dish and found out when I got home that the fuel can containers for the chaving dish were missing. I called and asked if they could deliver since we already pick up and have a lot of things to prepare but the lady refused and texted me that she is busy. It was her responsibility to check that everything is complete, and she just wouldn't do anything to atleast make it right. I was gonna ask for a refund, but my husband made the chaving dish work and did not ask for a refund in the end. I hope this review would help atleast improve their service. read more

The worst . They tell you one thing then another over the phone then in person they try to take advantage no thank you .

This is my go to place for my kids bday party decors/tables/chairs ..prices r fair and...reliable and nice

Great service! Was in an out in 5 minutes with my rental order. Friendly staff and acknowledges your presence as soon as you walk in!

We used this company for my son's first birthday party. They were professional, punctual, and offer great prices. The tables and chairs we rented were in good condition. The delivery fee was affordable as well. We will definitely be using this company for all our future parties. read more

Reasonable pricing and excellent service. The tables and chairs were delivered in a timely manner. The snow cone machine was a huge hit!

The store is in a tiny outdoor plaza and they don't have a store name posted outside, but it's obvious they're the party rental store since it's the only one there. Rented some tables, chairs, and table covers for a party at the house. Service was great, punctual, and reliable. The tables weren't super pretty or anything but with table cloths it does the job. We will definitely be renting our next party supplies from them. The only thing I wish they did was like a 3rd day pick up instead of 2nd day (from renting the equipment). It was just hectic trying to have all the tables ready for them to take the next day morning after the party and it wouldn't have hurt to have at least a day to do all that without hurrying. read more

Great customer service! They were friendly in the phone, professional and tables and chairs arrived on time. Highly recommend
