Would not recommend if you have a spine injury of any sort. They spent months focusing on "spine…read moreflection" and mobility (I have a slipped disk). I wasn't getting any better and when I told my doctor what they were having me do, she looked horrified. She immediately recommended I stop seeing them and go somewhere else. The care they were giving me was unhelpful at best and harmful at worst. Staff was nice but again that doesn't mean much when the care is how it is.

Any other physical therapy shop will do a better job than Benchmark. Do not waste your time or…read moremoney on this company. Go elsewhere. Concerns: 1). There was no patient privacy during my initial evaluation, which likely goes against privacy laws. It was done in an open room with other patients within easy hearing distance. 2). The evaluation had rather lame aspects -- e.g., she rubbed either the tip of a paperclip or a piece of tissue on a body part I couldn't see then asked me which was soft or sharp. Duh. 3). When she finally went over exercises with me, she showed me a quick video of them but never asked me to do them in front of her to ensure I was doing them correctly. 3). They schedule appointments without your permission, a great way to get no-show fees. I stood right in front of the receptionist to schedule all my future appointments, which were weeks away (a caring PT would have scheduled subsequent visits the same time they scheduled my initial eval, don't you think?). I got a text a few hours later saying I had an appointment the next day, which I never agreed to. I called to straighten this out only to find they'd also scheduled me for two more appointments I hadn't agreed to -- yet more no-show fees. 4). The website is a joke -- I had to call twice to get the proper log-in info ("Benchmark Physical Therapy" doesn't work) so I could get a copy of my initial evaluation, which they would not provide me with at that first appointment. The only reason I called to get that log-in info was so I could print out the evaluation then cancel all my future appointments.

I have been going to PT, and massage through this clinic on, and off for probably almost a decade…read more I started when the clinic was at another location. I can tell you the quality of care you get from everyone you see is genuine, caring, and nothing short of amazing. They have helped get me healed through many car accident injuries, and also through some pain when I had fallen, and broke my tailbone a few years back. Right now I am receiving care from totaling my car into a deer back in June. I am still sore, and the therapists, and massages have really helped get me through. They also offer Pilates, and I think other therapies. I was supposed to do Pilates to help heal my injuries, but I ended up with Covid the end of August, and my schedule didn't mesh with who ever was supposed to do it. So bummer on that. Although years ago I have done some Pilate work through here, and I found it very helpful. They have great equipment for PT. The staff is very friendly, and they do their best to work with your schedule to get you in right away. The PT, and massage is also usually the same day. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for PT. You will get quality care. I have been to other places, and don't feel like I got what I needed from them.

I developed a little bit of tendinitis in my elbow and started coming here to get relief. Laura…read morethe Physical Therapist, is a really nice lady who is quite knowledgeable in what she does. She uses new techniques like Kinesio Tape. I'm not explaining what it is....Google it if your that curious ;) Heat wraps, Cold wraps, deep tissue massage, ultrasound therapy, they do all of the above. I even learned a few mechanical things about my body I never realized which will help me stay more physically healthy in the long run. I would for sure recommend checking this place out for any needed Physical Therapy.

At the time I needed therapy, many people were on vacation and couldn't schedule me until it would be too late. I called 6 or 7 offices on the list my doctor's office gave me and no one could help in the timeframe I needed it. After so many "no"s, I was relieved to finally get a "yes" from PT Solutions. It didn't occur to me to wonder why they were so available and everyone else was not. Firstly, let me say I have no issues at all with the office staff. They were friendly, polite and helpful and I hope they all find somewhere better to work. And everything that happened to me was witnessed by the staff, other clients, and my own adult son. My assigned therapist was brusque and impatient with me, even with asking simple questions. If I ever asked if a pain was normal, she'd interrupt with, "Well, there's gonna be pain," or "You knew there was gonna be pain." I'd never had physical therapy and didn't know what to expect, but my therapist seemed irritated if I asked too many questions so I tried to stay quiet. At one point in treatment, this therapist actually laughed at me for crying during an extremely painful exercise. She'd routinely snap at me if I asked if I should continue doing something. There's much more than that, but I don't want to go on and on. This therapist even admitted she'd never wanted to work with people and had wanted to be a veterinarian instead. I wish she had. The final straw was when I came in and she was in a really foul mood, more so than normal. I'd been there two days earlier and gotten praise for my progress, but that day she was angry. Apparently, there was one particular muscle I'd been exercising incorrectly, so we worked on it and worked on it until I was sore, but I just couldn't figure out how to get this one muscle to respond. I honestly tried my best. The therapist blew up at me in front of my son and everyone else in the place. (I know the staff also heard it and at least one other client.) She yelled at me, berated me for not meeting a goal I didn't know I'd had as if I did it intentionally just to p*ss her off, and ended by saying, and I quote," Well, you're not a TOTAL loser, you're at a one out of five!"(On the scale.) Yes. She said I wasn't a *total loser*. I left and immediately called my health plan to see if I'd be in trouble if I never went back. And you know what they said? **PHYSICAL THERAPY IS VOLUNTARY.** My insurance paid for it and I paid the co-pay, only to be hurt, laughed at, embarrassed, insulted, and berated. So. If you have upcoming surgery that recommends physical therapy, please don't make the same mistake I did. Go to the places well ahead of time, interview the people you'll be working with, ask what you can expect, and watch how they treat their clients before choosing one you feel comfortable with. If you see any red flags, walk away and call the next one. Life is too short to pay to be abused. One final note: my assigned therapist is the owner of the business.

After seventy-seven years of listening to various doctor's "eat more fruits, vegetables, water, and…read morefiber" speeches (all of which were virtually useless", I consulted a gastroenterologist who ordered an IBS medication which partially solved my problem. He also referred me to EPWC at which Judy taught me to massage my stomach. To say I was doubtful of its' efficacy was quite an understatement. I went home, did what Judy recommended, and IT WORKED AND CONTINUES TO WORK, MONTHS LATER! The massage is idiot simple, painless, and requires no real effort. It took only three visits, and taking some fiber capsules and lots of water along with the massage, to get a seventy-seven year problem under 95% control. I cannot recommend Judy's services highly enough!

I've spoken with several other PT patients and other PTs outside of your clinic and their feedback is consistent: five hours is an excessive amount of time to do an evaluation for a low to moderate complexity case. When I spoke with you about it, you could only give me hypotheticals about why that might be necessary in some cases, but could not give me a clear reason why that was necessary in my case nor did your chart notes back that up. Even now, you're still arguing your position as to why what you did was justified. As a patient at your clinic, my experience is that it is more important for you to be right and collect your fee, than any interest in my care. I tried to explain that to you and it fell on deaf ears, so I felt compelled to write a review so others would know since you seem definitive in holding your position. I hope you are better able to listen to your patients in the future.

As I was recovering from the dislocation, I fell and injured my shoulder, which resulted in rotator cuff surgery. Following each of the first two surgeries, (hip and shoulder) I received physical therapy on a weekly basis, but because of restrictions imposed by insurance companies and practices of the clinic, the therapists were able to either treat either my hip or my shoulder, not both at the same time. At the end of my allotted visits, neither joint was functioning properly and the second hip was deteriorating rapidly. After the second hip surgery, I began working with Devin. She took a holistic approach to my case, working not only on recovery of all three joints but also addressing the anxiety and trauma that the dislocation and frequent emergency room visits had caused. Our appointments were in my home, where she could show me where and how to practice each exercise. Eventually, we met at a therapy pool and a fitness center and walked around the neighborhood as she gave me tips on overall strengthening and improving my gait. I am currently working toward a hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back, and I firmly believe I owe my recovery, physical and emotional, to Devin.

I had been living with persistent hip pain and had no idea it was related to my pelvic floor until I saw Devin. The Visceral Manipulation she has done has helped me to breathe easier - I have more space to take full inhalations and can exhale further than I ever realized. Initially, I saw Devin about 6-8 times in clinic as a physical therapist. By then, I had graduated to her strength training program and now I swing kettlebells with her twice per week and see her in clinic about twice per year for regular tune ups! Words to not begin to express the gratitude I have for having the opportunity to have Devin be a part of my life!
