The bagel was lightly toasted which gave it a nice crunch on the outside. Tons of cream cheese, but wished there were more smoked salmon. I would get it again! I'll have to try their special egg bagel next time. I wanted to get their avocado smoothie, but I found out they put sugar in it so I passed on it. When I make it at home, I don't add sugar... Shockingly, this hidden location had a consistent stream of customers. TRO Coffee's ambiance is an acquired taste. If someone had decorated a mall's parking garage, it would resemble TRO Coffee's interior. Classical/Jazz Elevator Music played in the corner. Customers were casually reading books or lounging with a laptop in this mismatching dusty concrete interior. I also consistently observed staff chatting about limited supplies (ex: no more mocha; lacking black napkins; missing ingredients). Overall, TRO Coffee offers extremely friendly service.
