They sent out their arborist and gave us a very reasonable quote for removing the huge tree and some limbs from another tree that were hanging over the house. The day of removal, their team arrived with two cranes, chipper, trucks, and an amazing crew. When I saw the Everett workers outside, I asked them if they could trim the tree. I'm not sure if the tree was on their list or not, but they gladly obliged. They asked my neighbor exactly what she wanted done with the tree. I also mentioned to them about another tree that was leaning over the sidewalk, and they took that tree down too! Later on, I noticed that by mistake they took an orange cone that I keep in my parking spot so that my car doesn't hit the sewer grating. Requested estimates on Yelp and received 5 with Green Leaves being the lowest. With no reviews on Yelp at the time, it was a little concerning but after communicating with Tommy, he eased those concerns. It turns out, Tommy and his crew do great work! The tree had a natural split near the bottom which was rotting so decided to have it completely removed. He arrived around 3pm and completed the work about 5 hours later. The work area was cleared of all debris and the stump ground and leveled out. His payment options include cash or credit card and once you are in agreement with the job and cost, he sends a contract for you to sign. In this case, he was actually able to start the works the next day even though the contract wasn't signed until late the previous night! Tommy was very flexible and great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend him and his crew! Find his other reviews on Google.

No matter how many times we called them, they never were able to provide the receipt or even return our calls. Probably cost us a few hundred dollars at least due to unprofessionalism.
