Due to events, I had to shift my session and she was flexible to accommodate me. I needed 90 minutes of traditional sports + Thai stretching to work out my issues (tightness). During the session, my body was stretched, kneaded, and massaged. A bit painful at time (which Nancy asked if I was ok - to which I replied, keep going). The 90 minutes quickly passes - warm towels to wipe off the oils/Tiger Balm signals the end of the session. The end result? A more relaxed body not in pain, and my tight shoulders and IT bands (legs) not as tight. Located in the InterState building, Nancy provides validation for parking. Definitely a repeat session when I visit Hawaii.

Since he relocated to Honolulu, I am fortune enough to have business trips and vacations here. I highly recommend, whether on holiday or live here, to give Randall a call to schedule a session.

After trying several different places, I finally found a massage studio that I like -- Island…read moreTherapy. It's not "spa-like," so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the place. However, if you want a solid massage in a studio that's convenient and clean, I think you'll like Island Therapy. I've been seeing Mai for about a year. She's a very skilled massage therapist -- don't let her small frame fool you, she's strong and really knows how to work out knots. She's also an intuitive therapist; she always seems to know exactly where I'm hurting. I should mention that Mai's massages lean therapeutic rather than relaxing, so if you're looking for something more soothing, let her know beforehand. I have an old injury, and her massages have made a real difference -- I used to have a constant, dull ache, but since seeing her once a month, I haven't had any issues. Booking is done through text, and I usually hear back within 20-30 minutes -- very convenient. I also think her prices are very reasonable, especially given her level of skill. I once saw a massage therapist who charged $350 for a two-hour massage -- great massage, but not sustainable long-term. Island Therapy's prices are reasonable enough that I can keep up with monthly massages. As for the space, the office is in a nondescript building, After you book your massage they'll send you instructions on entering the secured building. Parking is free and convenient.
