These are the advertised benefits for this service. I made an appointment and paid a deposit of $17 to make the appointment. Strangely, I received numerous confirmation text messages and phone calls. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill in forms unlike those I have seen in any other doctor's office. This was my second clue that something was fishy. The forms were not written by a lawyer or anyone who knows how to write HIPAA-compliant patient intake forms. They were slanted towards marketing and threats that they had a choice as to whether or not to take me as a client; I had to prove that I needed their services. They asked for confidential health information but said they would not provide any confidentiality and could use information about me and my photos for marketing. I was wondering why a legitimate doctor would not hire or could not afford a lawyer to write these forms correctly, and would not follow the laws about patient privacy. Next, I was moved to small closet/room where I was forced to watch commercials about the services provided at this clinic. These were "conversations" with local talk-show hosts where they spoke with Dr. Oda. They repeatedly called him doctor, although it turns out that he has no medical licenses or education. After being shut in there for 15-20 minutes. He came in to talk to me. He told me that the services I wanted will cost $4000 for 4 treatments, but he was willing to give them to me for $2000. When I asked about the ad that I responded to, he told me that didn't always work the first time. But I was allowed to try it. He spent a minute attempting to explain the layers of skin and mentioning something about stem cells. He didn't really seem to understand it. He asked if I could afford the treatments. He didn't ask about health conditions or in any way appear to care about me, it was all about the money. Basically, that meeting felt like a shakedown and an up-sell to try to get me to use other services for weight loss. I was willing to consider the 4 treatments, if the first one had any results. I decided to try it. For $37 it seems like a good way to find out if it was worth making the bigger investment. For approx. 15 minutes I laid on a bed with something placed on my neck. Afterwards, I was returned to the small room and he immediately asked if I would pay $2000. I was not provided a mirror until I asked whether the treatment had any effect. He said it didn't always work and later treatments could be turned higher. Finally, he gave me a mirror and my neck was exactly the same. I explained that it did not make sense to pay $2000 for treatments that did not appear to work. He kept trying to get me to pay $2000. He said there was a different secret type of laser that only he has that he could use. At this point I almost laughed at the idea that there could be a secret laser that no other plastic surgeons or even med spas would have, that was effective, and only used and known by Dr. Oda. I asked him if he went to medical school. He said he did not. I asked him if he had any medical license in the state of Hawaii. He said he did not. I asked him if it was legal to practice medicine like this without any license. He said that the nurses are licensed and he works under their licenses. He said that he went to Palmer chiropractic school in San Jose, CA. Curious about whether this was true, I looked at the list of graduates of Palmer Chiropractic College in San Jose who work in Hawaii, Dr. Oda is not on the list. I searched the state of California database of licensed chiropractors to see if he was ever licensed there. He was not. There was one Doctor Oda who is now 75 years old and has a Los Angeles address. His license expired and was cancelled in 2012. Basically, it appears that this man is not a doctor of any sort. If he went to chiropractic school, he didn't graduate and was never licensed to practice in California. He is not licensed in Hawaii. Nurses are not supposed to have other people working under their license. They are supposed to be supervised, not supervise fake doctors. Ive read the other reviews where people get benefits from the lasers at this clinic. I am not saying that it is not possible that they work in some cases. I just find this guy and this business very sketchy. I told him that I do not trust him. And I am sharing this story so that other people do not get coerced by his hard-selling techniques to buy services at very high prices.

I'll explain how, i had been suffering from severe chronic pain to my lower back, neck as well as left ankle this pain after seeing every specialist in Sydney Australia which is where i am from all I was told was that my pain symptoms are too complex and the only treatment they could offer me was Opiods(Narcotic) painkillers, which i began to take everyday this i did for about over 5 years with some degree of success! However one day in late August 2017 i just woke up with this crazy all i can call is Suicidal 10/10 pain to my neck, back and left ankle just like as if a sharp knife was being stabbed into my back! I imeadiatly went to my spinal surgeon who right away trasfered me to a private pain clinic in a majoer hospital, There they just continued to dose me up with more oxycontin doubble what i was taking then endone a faster acting opiod as well as a few Morphine shots all to no avail i was in so much pain i just wanted to die like jump out the window or something my quality of life was zero and i was desperate! So thats when i decided to seek my own reseach on this kind of pain and any treatments as my body had just come to a stage where it just would not accept any more pain meddication. During this research i fortunately came accross Dr Micheal Pasquale clinic and read that he was using this cutting edge pain management treatment called Ketamine Ifusion treatment for pain that no longer reponds to opiods! I was so desperate that i rand them and Dr Pasquale immeadiately agreed to treat me. So the following day I was on a plane fron Sydney to Honolulu for this treatment! Basically i can say that Dr Pasquale saved my life as when i got there and prior to strating the treatment i literally was suicidal not because i was deppressed but just because of my constant unbearable chronic pain! So what happened i started the treatment for the first two days enjoying the 4hour treatment experience however a few hours afterwards my pain would come back although not as bad b may 7/10. However after the third days treatment that was it my pain levels had dropped to just 2-3/10 and also I was able to half my high dose intake of the oxycontin from 320mgs a day to just 160mgs a day and then everyday just got better and better! My treatment was suppose to be fo 7 days but I decided to extend it by 3 more to ten! It was truly a miracle treatment on the internet it explains that Ketamine is whats called a dissasocative. Anasthetic so how it works to my understanding is that it during those 4 hour everyday disconnect the body from the brain and help the body and brain to forget all those chronic pain pathways that it has created. Anyway thats my understanding of it! The one thing is that there is no guarantee has to how long the treatment will last it could be 6 months or a year or indefinately this treament reacts differently to each person! But i believe or would much prefer to go and have this pleasent Ketamine Infusion treatment one a year even if I have to fly halfway around the world to have it instead of being addicted to morphine and opiods which come with all its side effects! From day one he's been patient, understanding and thoughtful. He really listens to my concerns and has offered great advice. He's even referred me to a sleep specialist because my overall sleep directly impacted my health. He's never shied away from my million questions or list of ailments. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The girl who answered the phone had very pleasant voice, and I was able to schedule my appointment right away. They are located in Nauru Tower, on the intersection of Ala Moana Blvd and Piikoi St. They have a private parking lot, with plenty of parking. The Infinity Life Center is located inside Nauru Tower, on the 4th floor. They have a private elevator, located to the left of the elevator lobby. They waiting area is very nice. All decked out in marble, with comfortable couches and complimentary coffee. That was really important for me, because I am a coffeeholic. Not that I had time to drink my coffee, because Dr. Farzad saw me right away. His office is really nice, with glass wall overlooking the Ala Moana Beach. I had a chance to enjoy a beautiful vista while being worked on. He used something called OMT to manage my pain, that stands for osteopathic manipulative treatment. Not that remembered this name, I had to look it up. He worked on my back for about 20 minutes, he was gentle yet firm. The results were amazing. I felt much less pain without the meds!
