Great customer service and very responsive to requests. I would not recommend having alterations done there. Perhaps it's a language barrier, or difficulty of the work, but two items were not done properly and the cost was exorbitant. The cleaners proactively offered to refund half of the cost of the alteration, but I will never wear the dress--which was new. FYI, I've always considered myself to be quality, rather than price driven, but find myself sensitive to both here.

We were told that they could launder & press what we wanted except if the instructions said to dry clean. We were satisfied with that & happy we had the option to do the wet/organic dry cleaning for our dry clean only items. My husband returned a couple of days later to drop off our laundry and said to launder and press what they could as previously discussed. Our items took several days, after pick up we were charged for dry cleaning for every single piece - $12.99/item. When my husband called a manager apologized that they had dry cleaned his shirts when the instruction had been provided and they refunded those fees. However they said by default they *always* dry clean women's clothes. No matter what. Even if the instructions say to launder. Despite this never been having disclosed to us when we explicitly had a conversation about these services & prices in advance. Beware of a possible bait & switch, a pink tax, & damage to your clothes because a (very pricey) laundering service won't follow instructions. Instructions previously agreed with their customer and also explicitly written on clothing labels

Parking situation: Can get really rough. They don't have much space…read more I came in to get a rental suit altered with a friend. Their service is quite fast; they do stand by the next-day policy. You're definitely paying for it though. It cost me $72 to get a suit jacket and pants altered to get the sleeve length and leg lengths correct (so just some pinning), along with a steam clean. For reference, other cleaners in West Houston will do it for half of that. To their credit, they messed up the jacket sleeve length and did fix it for me within another day and got both lengths perfect the second time around. So, they're worth their word. Just really pricey.
