Super clean washateria with newer machines that are all in great shape. I went here a few years ago, and it was gross, but they've totally redone everything. They use an app so you don't have to mess with quarters, but I think that's still an option if you prefer. The best part is the app notifies you when your laundry's done, so you can step out and run errands instead of waiting around. This is definitely my go to place for washing comforters, sleeping bags and other large items. It's also great when you get back from a trip and have a ton of laundry to do at once. I wish I can give him no stars because I was in here minding my own business washing my clothes. I was here for 40 minutes plus and I was also watching the game for only 15 to 20 minutes alone. No one said anything about the volume of my phone because it loud. Then, a Hispanic woman want to come up to me and ask me do I have headphones and then she said your phone is bothering me. You need to put them in and not instantly said ma'am get the hell out of my face.. and then she went to complain to the manager, and this is what happened in the video. If I could give no stars I would. I went to the establishment multiple times and never profiled the way I was today. I'm honestly embarrassed. The owner, Susan, told me to leave establishment because I did not hang up my phone in time while trying trying to move out of customers way when she asked not even 30 seconds prior. I asked why was she being so rude she said I was disturbing customers when the ones who she "claimed" I was disturbing by walking out even stated "there isn't a problem at all." She proceeds to make an example of me infront of strangers who are her customers, all because I came back inside when she asked me to leave because I was in an important call, I left and she asked me to come back to move clothes then kicked me out because I didn't hang up even though I wasn't even talking on the phone only listening. She laughed when she said I wouldn't get an attorney and looked at my car and how I dressed as a sign of weakness. Susan, you will be hearing from my lawyer soon. That was unnecessary and I did not disturb anyone to be kicked out of establishment.Make sure to have camera footage outside and it doesn't mysteriously disappear to show how she came outside to video tape me without my consent. Clean but limited. There are only two extra large washers that you have to queue up for. The cost for each washer was on the pricier side in comparison to other laundromats in the area. The attendant hovered over and was very rude. One of the washers didn't properly wring out the water so to my surprise water went everywhere when I opened. The attendant acted like it was my fault and then stayed over me the entire time. The parking lot is very small and is shared with a coffee shop next door so finding a spot is tricky. There is street parking in the neighborhood but it is a little inconvenient if you have a lot of loads. So yes, it is clean and all but at what cost. Overall, I would not come back. read more

Literally this white lady with glasses closes this place like midday almost every weekend (frequently) always saying the same thing - "oh... machines aren't working" all while customers are still inside washing and drying just fine. Today she closed the store at 1pm kicked people out and locked the doors. My husband and I haven't been to a laundromat in years. This place was great and I was not expecting much but this place was clean and the staff was helpful. My husband and I just needed to wash a dog bed and we spent $5.75 with extra wash and extra rinse. Although we used coins, we saw that you can scan a QR code to be able to pay online which was cool. They also offered us to put it in a large mesh bag to not ruin the dog bed so we appreciate the attentiveness. My husband used the bathroom and he said that it was cleaner than Buc-ee's so yes the bathroom is definitely clean. Parking can be challenging because there's a coffee shop next to it and the parking lot is small but you can always park on the side streets but just be mindful with the parking signs. Overall, awesome laundromat! We will definitely come back if we need to. read more

I'm giving this place one star ONLY because it's clean / well kept. Washing machines do work very well. Just beware of the blonde headed lady that works there. If you can avoid her at all cost do it and your experience will be 1000% better. She's rude, aggressive, not helpful, easily frustrated with customers who need assistance with the washing machines, and just overall a mean spirited woman. My advice, go in wash your clothes and get out. Avoid interacting with this woman if you can or just find a different laundry mat. We definitely will not be returning! read more

Traveling for work and needed to wash my suitcase full of clothes. Upon entering I noted a mask sign, I travel full time and had not encountered a mask requirement recently. My mask was at the hotel so I asked for one to which the attendant older man yelled at me that they were out in a aggressive manner. He then proceeded to yell that my suitcase wheels were on their floors and pointed to a no wheel policy which is absolutely laughable as Laundromats are heavily used by travelers and they had laundry carts all over the store, I paid for a $15 Uber to have to go to another Laundromat just because of the issue. I applaud businesses that enforce masks but all of the attendants were wearing their masks below the chin and even smoking in the rear room. Doesn't make sense and then extremely rude staff. read more

Have been coming here for months and have never had any issues. You can pay with quarters or via app which is super easy to use and you can load money onto your account. The place is clean and the bathrooms are spotless. I recommend getting there early as this place is fairly popular and you made need to wait to use a machine if you get there later. I've been using the laundromats at my apartment complex for a little while, but lately the machines haven't been taken care if and messing up peoples items. So I checked around for a laundromat places and low and behold I found a gem and it's really close! I arrived early with only a couple people washing and the gentleman whom I seemed owned the place greeted me nicely and was informative about the machines. I almost thought there wasn't a coin machine, but he showed me where it was and I was relieved. The machines are new and I was glad because I had new sheets and a comforter to wash. After washing and drying no stains or any imperfections to any of my clothing or sheets which is a great sign of laundromat. The gentleman was constantly cleaning and making the place tidy which is also a plus for a laundromat oh yeah and there is a lovely coffeeshop next door. So convenient! This is absolutely the worst laundromat I've ever been to in my life. first of all, you cannot throw away any products that you purchased or did you buy inside of this laundromat or outside of this laundromat? It all has to be taken home with you and thrown away into recycling or trashcan. I started coming here when there was an older man 7 years ago that would do my wash/fold service. He was always great and knew me by name. Today I pulled into the parking lot to try to drop off some clothes and was yelled at by the new owner. I underhand the lot is full but being that unpleasant will certainly cost a loss of business from me. Also, she immediately yelled at me that she wasn't taking anymore loads without even asking my timeline or urgency of them being washed. Needed to use a larger washer for a comforter we were using from the winter. Upon searching, the photos for this place looked really clean. There is a mask policy, and yet this is a private business. Whether you like it or not there are other laundromats to choose. Plenty of commercial style washers and dryers to choose from. PLUS, there is an app that the laundromat uses to pay. This facility is extremely clean. The area of the laundry mat is in the Montrose area and super chill. There's also a cute cafe next door.
