I was upset and the receptionist said they tried to call me and couldn't get a hold of me so they emailed me. I had no voice mail or recent calls from them but I did get the email 2 minutes before my appointment, while I was sitting out front. I do find it hard to believe that my hair stylist fell ill only two minutes before my appointment. I think they saw me pull up and sent me a cancellation by email with the excuse we tried to call. And to think I pay $360 for this unprofessionalism.

She also asked if I wanted to go platinum (which I agreed to but she should have known better as a professional and assessed my hair wasn't at the right level of lift for platinum). The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.
