We had a hard time finding someone who could cut our kids hair after moving and then we found little buz. The service is amazing and the barber cuts their hair very well. She's very friendly and talkative. My husband and kids go there only and I go for a trim as well but once maybe twice a year I don't like to cut my hair as much. Highly recommend. read more

Didn't experience the 'above and beyond' anything everyone else did. Seems like it would be fun for the kids who have to sit and wait for their turn/appointment and there are 2 TV's with movies or cartoons, a couple of cool video games and a train table with some cars and other toys. But as for us, I wasn't all too impressed with the experience. The young lady working the front was much more approachable and sweet. My kids didn't enjoy their chair time and it didn't seem like it mattered to the stylist. We were the ONLY ones there and yet I felt like we were burdening her or like my kids had to share time and toys with imaginary customers. I also wish they had specials for just "trims". If I only want an inch of baby hair taken off the baby, literally a trim, I'd hope it wouldn't cost the same as a full cut for a kid. Oh well, that's the way a lot of businesses work so gotta go with the industry flow. I'll keep it as a back up place if I cant book with Pengwyns in time. Looks like my visit was a fluke, unfortunate. My boys hair grows super fast. Always looking for a good place to visit. read more

I HIGHLY recommend going to Kids Clips in Gresham. They had a cute play area in the waiting area, gave them lollipops and juice boxes to keep them smiling, TVs with cartoons, really fun chairs (airplanes, trucks, cars), super helpful staff who kept him engaged the entire time (letting him touch and turn on clippers to get used to them), he got a cute little certificate for his first haircut, and it was only $17, which is about half the price of other similar salons! read more

I brought my 18 month old in for his very first haircut. Our stylist was so nice and sweet with my son. She took her time and let him touch the clippers before using them on him and she did the same thing with the spray bottle so it wouldn't frighten him. She also suggested a different cut than what I wanted based on his hair texture and I'm glad I took her advice. His cut turn out adorable and everyone that's sees him compliments his cute new cut. The salon is also set up with kids in mind with toys and video games in the waiting area. The salon chairs are a choice of fire trucks, cars, and airplanes. Plus the haircut comes with a free drink afterward. BONUS - the cut was quite a bit cheaper than I expected to pay which I just added toward the tip. My only regret is not getting the stylist's name for next time. read more

It's nice to have a place in Gresham that is catered to kids. There is another one in the area but she is always booked and making drop in or same day appointment not possible. This one is extremely engaging for kids. They have video games for older kids to play while they get their hair cut. Be aware: When I tried stopping by in the afternoon they had a sign on the door that said they were booked for the day, so I would recommend calling in ahead to make an appointment, especially in the afternoons or weekends. When we came in on a Wednesday at opening time (10am) we were the only ones. They are open Tuesday- Friday (10-5) and Saturday (10-4), so if you need a Sunday haircut don't head here. read more

Oh my gosh!! This place is amazing. The haircut chairs for the little kids are little vehicles like a rocket ship and race car. There is a HUGE doll house and lots of toys to keep your kiddos interest while they wait. The staff is super helpful and great - we can't wait to take our daughter back. read more

We love Little Buzz! She is so patient and very quick at cutting my toddler's hair, which is super important since he's so wiggly and doesn't like getting hair cuts. I also love that you can book appts online, very convenient. I find the price reasonable (it's not an easy job cutting a two year old's hair!) and my son loves the toys in the waiting area, so he gets to stay and play with them afterwards as a reward for being good while his hair gets cut. read more

I'm so happy I found this place.. the staff knew how to act with kids and they were so friendly. I loved the whole salon. Starting with the fun activity section in the front to the different cars the kid can pick out to get his hair cut.. plus the child gets a juice after the hair cut, what a cute touch. My 2-year-old doesn't like anyone to touch his hair - he gets cranky just when I try to wet it down in the morning to tame the bed-head. I've tried a couple places to get his hair cut - no one has been able to get close to him with clippers, so it's always just been taking a few inches off with scissors, and zero styling, usually there are tears. We hold off as long as possible getting it cut to avoid the mess and fuss and emotional struggle until he's verging on mullet and then endure a cut just to get the hair off his ears & neck... We showed up 5 minutes early to our appointment at Kids Clips, he was given a Capri-Sun and a sucker - he got to pick his truck to sit in, & they gave him an iPad to play a game on. She showed him the clippers each time she switched attachments & offered to let him touch it first. He was so distracted by all of their fun, that the clippers didn't phase him, and not only did his hair get cut, but it was styled, trimmed up nicely on the ears/neck, and he even let her put some styling product in -- never have we been to a place so phenomenal with kids cuts! I would recommend to anyone looking for someone quick & efficient (we were in and out in 15 minutes) - they were incredible - my son actually enjoyed himself, and hasn't stopped talking about popping bubbles on the iPad, and sitting in the truck :) This is our new go-to place! read more

I did a quick walk-in with my two-year old son and we had a great experience. Super sweet stylist and my squirmy son loved sitting in the fire truck. Now he asks if he can go and get his haircut about every other day. Affordable and a pleasant, clean environment. Seems like weekdays are pretty slow but weekends can get busy. Terrible place. The lady that cut my boys' hair chopped it to pieces. I called and the receptionist said that they could "fix it" and I told her they we would have to wait until their next haircut so it could grow out and be able to be fixed. This could not be fixed right then. She said that was fine and that it would be free of charge. When it came time for another haircut, she told me I'd have to pay "because it has been too long".... well... usually you wait 8-12 weeks for another haircut anyhow. Plus it needed time to grow out. I will not being going back there again. I am not paying $34 for some inexperienced person to hack job my kids' hair again. read more
