I got my haircut by a man named Angel because he had the most convenient appointment time. Well, I arrived at my appointment and he was already cutting someone else's hair and by the time he was done, he was 30 minutes late for my appointment. When I told him I wanted to get my hair wet with product, he put a towel over my face before asking me which I didn't want. All the others always asked if I wanted a towel over my face and I never did. Other than that he did a pretty good job cutting my hair but I didn't appreciate the fact that he was 30 minutes late. My appointment was at 2:30 and he didn't start until 3 o'clock. Also I would've appreciated if he asked if I wanted a towel over my face before putting one on. He literally put it all over my eyes for several minutes. read more

A few months ago I moved to the area from out of state and was looking for a new barber and figured I would give this local spot a try. Marissa is the best! I am so happy to have found a barber that cuts my hair the way I like it and who is a great person to chat with during my appointments. I highly recommend this place, especially Marissa. read more

Very poor customer service. Husband walked in at noon to get a haircut before our vacation and saw multiple empty chairs. He asked if anyone has time and they said he would have to book an appointment. He asked if she had any open then since it looked like no one was doing anything.. she said uhh no we are full til 6p. Well guess what, he got home and I looked online and they had MULTIPLE appointments every 15 minutes from 12-5pm. Like 20 of them. They just don't care. Managers/owners you are losing money here. They screwed my hair up SO BAD. I walked in asking for a 3 on the sides and back with a low fade and a 3/4 of an inch off the top. This lady says, "I understand." Before we even were done talking. I even said, I like it a bit long on the top. She grabs this razor which is NOT a 3, WAY TO SHORT and before checking in buzzes my hair on the sides and back WAY TO HIGH. So the fade was really high, and she even cut me on my the ear with the razor and didn't notice it bleeding? Then she takes at least 1 / 1 1/4 of an inch off the top which is WAY TO SHORT. I am devastated. This is the total opposite of what I wanted. If you like your hair long and not choppy, skip this place. They messed me up so bad.. (My ear was still bleeding). read more

Quality of service is hit/miss lately, depending on who is there. I went in on Saturday at 5pm. Hair cut is just ok. Stylist was quite negative and talking about personal problems in her life, which made it awkward. Her scissors and blades were dull, which made the cut a bit uncomfortable. Lastly- I felt I was rushed out of there, but was over charged for services. I was charged for "the works" (cut, hair wash, etc) but only received the haircut portion. read more

I am very displeased how the business ethics have changed for this company. A men's barbers should be able to walk in, possible wait 5-10 mins, get a men's haircut and be done in 10 mins. 15 tops! To turn away willing customers to pay, to say that you don't take same day appointments is ludicrous. You have to make an appointment by calling in. I'm sorry, but are men getting hour long hair cuts that it requires appointments! It's an effing men's barber, not an effing salon. If I wanted to spend an hour getting my hair cut, I'd go with my wife to the salon. But it's not a salon. You need to peel the "walk ins" sticker from your door and change your name to "the salon". I made a bad review of this place due to them not holding up to their end of a scheduled appointment. The lady at the front then tried to offer to cut my hair when my appointment was 45 minutes passed and with a different barber. She acted like I didn't have an appointment, which means she wasn't listening when I walked in. I was later contacted by the owner on Yelp. He apologized and offered me a free haircut to make up for it. Here I am at least a month later with nothing. he bailed on me. Forget this place. read more

Big shout out to Stacy!!! Even though I just ask for my hair to be taken down to a #3 she really puts in the time and effort to make sure everything is lined up properly. She also trims up my beard, and has given me some great advice as far on how to use beard oil and balm. I can't recommend Stacy enough!!! read more

I have been here about 5 time because of the distance to my house. They usually take a while but today was the worse. My son and I went to cut our hair and one of the ladies said it would take about 30-40 minutes but waited an hour and 50 minutes! We got up and left! Other people left as well and you could see their frustration as they walked out the door. Save your time and money and find another place, horrible service! Madison did a great job with my 5 year old son! They were able to see him 30 mins after I called- during the first week of school. I didn't need to go back and point out any areas that needed to be fixed, which has been my experience at other places. This was our first time at this barbershop. I took my soon to be 5 year old for a nice birthday cut. My son was very particular and wanted a "tony stark" cut because he's obsessed with the Avengers. My husband and son have been going to Stacy Nash at the barbers for years, she is so amazing! My 5 yr old won't let anyone else cut his hair cause Stacy is his girl. We've followed her to different locations because not only is she great at cutting their hair she is also very enjoyable to talk with. read more

How disappointing, came to get my hair cut at 10:30 am today Saturday and 5 barbers on staff yells a 45 minute wait 2 barbers finished about 10 minutes into me arriving and one left and the other one decided to go talk to another barber and left 3 of us just sitting.
