She also asked if I wanted to go platinum (which I agreed to but she should have known better as a professional and assessed my hair wasn't at the right level of lift for platinum). The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.

You can't go anywhere in or and Portland and get this kind of hair cut for less than $40, and if they touch your beard up add another $10-$20 on top of that. Then there's tip, because you have to tip. After my experience I will be coming back again. Jeff did a great job cutting my hair. He's an amazing person, and we had a wonderful exchange. Don't listen to the naysayers! Anyone can a bad experience anywhere, and I'd bet that wouldn't be the case for you, if you chose to come do business here.
