Our booking process requires the services being reserved to be selected before the piece is received. We believe another provider with a more flexible process would be better suited to your needs.

Also after looking at other reviews on multiple sites, it seems that this is not the first time, you have treated a customers rude in the past. As for your store policy, to seem pretty unreasonable since wigs are something you wear, even if you helped your customers try on your products there is some level of customer touching to the product but that was not even offered to me.
