THIS SALON SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN…read more Meuy absolutely destroyed my hair. I'll post the picture of what I asked for, and a picture of what she did to my hair. I was horrified. She randomly picked out pieces of my hair to bleach. She let it process for over an hour until my hair started to break. Then, when she washed it out, she threw a bunch of toner in it to make it silver, but the roots were extremely brassy and uneven. I mentioned that it's uneven and brassy in some spots, and she had the audacity to claim that it's the uneven light because there's a window on one side of the salon...she knew she had done a horrid job, but her stubbornness and self righteousness prevented her from admitting that she completely ruined my previously beautiful black hair. She still charged me the full $180. I was horrified and everyone told me to demand her to get it fixed. I came in two days later and she washed out the toner and it became this horrible orange color. She claimed it's "such a beautiful color" and so did her ignorant coworker who didn't have any knowledge of hair. Note the bright blonde streaks that are still present in my orange hair-she really claimed AGAIN that it's the lighting that makes it appear uneven, but it's not. Not only did she ruin my hair color, charge me for the first visit AND the second visit, deny that she messed up and that her business is a disgrace, she also cannot curl hair for the life of her. After the horrid dye jobs, my hair has been frequently breaking and falling out. My hair turned into straw and I look ratchet. This completely ruined my self confidence and it'll take years for my hair to get back to normal. I would give this business -1000 stars if I could.

And I'm so glad I did…read more I frequently change my hair: color, length, style, etc., but I was trying to grow out a pixie cut...going on two years. That's not an easy thing to do while still having it look semi decent. I saw that Stacey had an opening, so I booked with her. She is the absolute sweetest! She's kind and energetic and friendly. She listened to my concerns, and she helped my bad grow out look amazing. Fast forward two months later, and I'm itching for change again. So I opted to make my hair curly instead of chopping it off again. Stacey did an amazing job, yet again.
