Upon seeing a new stylist, they alerted me that she should have let me know what to expect when trying to bleach your hair when you have permanent black color on it and probably warned me against it. I'm glad I found someone new that I trust & that they were able to fix my hair. The supposed highlights came out really bad & looked strippy/striped, brassy & red. I explicitly said I did not want red so obviously I was not pleased. The work I've seen done at the salon has always been nice but this experience was really disappointing especially because I've always tipped well and been a good client and I feel like I just threw $200 in the garbage... plus the amount of money I had to spend at another salon fixing the hair. I also felt like $100 for a root touch up that didn't even cover all my gray hair was a little much. Overall, disappointing & don't recommend.

I have honestly never had a hair stylist educate me as much as you have. Wish I had taken a before picture but here's a couple of pictures after the fact (at home). My hair is very thick, long, and wavy. I don't normally go to salons more than once a year, but she needed some life back haha.
