I made 3 appointments with Kaitlyn and she canceled ALL 3 times, of course her excuse was sick and car wreck...well of course I felt bad and rescheduled once again! Come to find out she was NOT SICK OR EVEN IN A CAR WRECK, she used those excuses to have me feel bad for her! Shame on YOU! SHE was at a concert and a wedding and didn't want to work! If you dont want to work don't make appointments and be a flake! Then post on Social media where and what you did! You will be caught! AGAIN SHAME ON YOU for saying you were in a car wreck and in the hospital! Don't waste your time with her! read more

I am really disappointed. After moving here last year, I was seeing the owner megan and loved the way she did my hair. But the professionalism is lacking. At the end of my appt I make my next appt and save it to my phone. I showed up to my last appointment and she told me my appt was 3 hrs earlier. She seemed annoyed that I showed up. When I asked why I didn't get a text she stated she'd been on vacation and forgot. I asked her why she didn't text me at the time she had down for my appt and she wouldn't answer. If she would have text or called I would have jumped in the car and been right over and she wouldn't have lost out on the money or the client. read more

I was there almost 3hours. Thao started my nails. A new set. I asked for almond shape. After just the tips were on I voice my concern because they were all leaning to the right and very pointy. He said not to worry. Then when the solar power was on I said stop I'm leaving. Was on so thick! Manager did come over, all I had to do was show her the message!! She did fix my nails! Ended up charging me extra for everything! Extra $$ for their mistake Stay away read more

I made a next day appointment online and ended up being seen by Christina. I can't recommend her enough!! She did such a great job and my hair turned out exactly how I hoped it would! The salon itself is very nice as well read more

Was looking for a trim and style on my day off from work. Was happy that they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. Curt cut my hair and did a great job. Clean, mellow, nice vibe. My new go to salon. read more

I had really long and thick hair that I hadn't had cut for almost 2 years. I've never had layers that I liked but Greta gave me the best hair cut I've ever had! She was able to keep the length but cut my hair so I now have hair that holds a curl and looks great curled or straight! I showed her my Pinterest inspiration pics and she did exactly what I was looking for! read more

A friend recommended them to me for nails, but as I've tried calling 3-5 times the past week and no one has called me back, this really put me off. Does no one check their voicemails? Then when I finally had someone pick up the phone, she sounded annoyed that I was asking about the different kinds of nail services done there. No thank you, I'll go somewhere else! read more

By the way, I went back months later to see Stacy for a color and it went wonderfully. It has been a few months later and the color is still going strong. It has hardly faded at all and my hair is still really shiny. read more

Gloss is great! They are clean, friendly and professional. I get my nails and hair done here and the ladies are ALWAYS fun, kind and helpful. My five year old gets her hair cut here and she loves it. They pull out all the works and makes sure she is happy and taken care of. The prices are competitive and the staff is great! read more

My stylist, Greta, recently started working at this salon and it's atmosphere is warm, inviting, & friendly. Greta is beyond wonderful and truly loves what she does & it shows. The new space just adds to the "experience", for lack of a better term. I love the professional, yet not-snooty vibe in the salon-you instantly feel at ease. I would highly recommend the salon, Greta, and the area in general. It's easy to find parking, laid back, & there are more neat shops opening all the time. read more

Gloss is a very nice, clean, and relaxing salon. I see Jennifer K. for my cut and color. She does a great job, has great vision and makes you feel comfortable when in the chair. I've recommend her to friends and family and they all love her as well! read more

I saw Tony after my mother-in-law suggested him. I so nervous about anyone touching my hair because I'm very picky about how it is cut and colored. I told Tony what I was thinking about doing and asked for his opinion, he said that he could do it and could make a few adjustments so that the look I wanted would work for my type of hair. I said ok and put my faith and hair in his hands. He was very kind and easy to talk to which made the experience very enjoyable. When he was finished ( which was pretty fast) I couldn't believe it! It was the best hair cut I have ever had. My hair had more movement and volume. I've never had such a good cut in my life! AND it was only $35!!!! I live in Portland near Beaverton but drive to Gresham just for his amazing skills and prices! read more

I always fear going to a new stylist. I have very thick hair and I almost always expect a lousy cut when I see somebody new. I'm so glad I faced my fears and booked an appointment with Stacey! Gloss is a wonderful salon with a clean, fresh, open feel to it. The owner has done a wonderful job at making the salon feel warm and inviting. The entire staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. I have gotten my hair done by Megan for many years and she is amazing! She also cuts my family's hair as well. I get compliments on my hair all the time. Great job with coloring, knowledgable and an up to date stylist. Even though I live 30 minutes away, I feel she is worth the drive - very highly recommended! read more
