But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. It only rains in Central Florida everyday and keeping a trashbag on the roof, held down by bricks, sure is sexy but it's not a long-term solution. Body Perfect did an excellent job -- the work was done fast, came in way under the estimate we got from the Nissan dealership, they guaranteed the work, and washed the car. They correctly identified all the areas that needed to be worked on, answered all of my questions ranging from car parts to insurance, we're always prompt, and I was always able to get ahold of them through the phone. Matt and Arsenio went above and beyond with service and their thoroughness. Not only was my car fixed of any debris casualties, little scratches were buffed out on the car, the inside was vacuumed to ensure no debris from the repair was leftover, but they also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and when it would be available for pick up. My car had to be in the shop during Hurricane Milton but they took great care of it and Matt was able to schedule parts and pick-up so that I could get my car back as soon as I could. The cherry on top: I asked for quotes without insurance involvement at all 4 body shops and Gerber was still the cheapest. I would highly recommend coming in to see Matt at Gerber Collision & Glass if you need a quote and any repairs done.
