Service was awful. Worst ever. Asked for a draft beer and it took 20 minutes. Restaurant was half empty so their excuse that the bar was backed up was false. After finishing our snacks, food was served without clearing the dishes so the table was a mess. Person serving the dinner would not take the dirty dishes when leaving as "it is not my job". We just stacked the dirty dishes and eat around them. Food was hot, but not served at the same time. Halibut sandwich was delivered 15 minutes after our first dinner item was served. They excuse, the kitchen is backed up. Never again. Sorry High Tide. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area. read more

We have been going to High Tide two to three times a month for the past six months, because we love it. The food is great and the service is wonderful. We have never had anything that didn't taste great. We always get treated well by the staff. When we make reservation, which is most of the time, I ask for a specific table and they always try to make sure we get that table. read more

I ate dinner here two days in a row. First night we had the calamari. It was good, I wished it was a little crispy. Then I tried the enchiladas Del Mar, really good if your open to a little fishy. The next day I took my husband and we had the mussels-amazing dip that bread! The crab cakes were really good as well!We shared the fried chicken which was sooo good. Good portion to share. I also had the pomegranate Tito's each night. . Loved it each time. Hit up the crabby hour. Heard the lobster Mac and cheese is amazing. Beware of the huge portion. read more

Wow! We had a fantastic dinner! High Tide can rival any Scottsdale upscale restaurant! The food was fresh and plates just plain yummy. We started with Calamari...not the little rings or small squid; calamari steak strips that were tender, lightly crisped exterior. I had sea bass and the hubs had tide roast; a mix of crab, crawfish, clams etc in a citrus brandy tomato cream sauce. My sea bass was done just right. It had a nice crusted bottom with moist flaky meat. Service was top notch! Rubi took care of us. She was attentive, advised us on dishes and we were never left wondering where she was. Night Tide is my new favorite seafood restaurant in the entire valley! read more

Great food, great service! Angela was an awesome waitress and Courtney the Manager was very kind. My wife and I enjoyed everything we ordered!! Oysters Rockefeller was bomb. 1 thing, bread should not cost for a table ordering food. read more

Excellent food from fish n chips , jambalaya, etc. nice environment and decor. Servers v friendly.

Better management & lower prices . Food was overcooked and expensive for what we received.

My husband and I absolutely loved high tide... Gilbert!! Drive there all the way from Goodyear at least twice a month. When I found out that high tide was coming to Goodyear, I couldn't wait!! I tried to like the cooking three times. Absolutely hated the food, food is always too salty, why can't someone from Gilbert over haul this restaurant before it closes down. It has NEVER been busy, ever! read more

Had a wonderful ladies lunch yesterday. Service was excellent. My shrimp tempura roll was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. So happy to have them here in the West Valley. Can't wait for my next visit. read more

Gave it a second try despite being disappointed the first time. Mistake. 4 people at the bar and the 2 bartenders spent all their time talking to staff. We had to literally wave at them to come and refill our empty glasses. Ordered a "half pound" crab legs that consisted of 4 very small legs - soggy and overcooked. Fool me once... read more

Have eaten there a few times since it opened. Service is hit and miss. Food has been fantastic. Husband recommends the pork chop, I recommend the salmon and the sea bass. read more

One of the best seafood restaurants I've ever eaten at. Every single thing we had tonight was amazing, and the service was outstanding. Portion sizes are perfect, and the quality is outstanding. I ordered the pan seared scallops (cooked perfectly) and the creamy herb orzo was SO GOOD. My gf got the Chilean sea bass and it was the most buttery soft filet I've had since Hell's Kitchen. The pistachio risotto underneath is to die for. This is the second time I've had oysters (first time was at a buffet at a casino), and tonight was the first time I've ever liked them and wanted more. If you're looking for a higher end meal with a beautiful setting, this is the place for you. *Shout out to Meg & Carter for giving us 5 star service. Can't wait to come back. read more

We went to the Goodyear location on Thursday around 5pm and sat at the bar. We did receive menus and a glass of ice water upon arrival. However, after 20 minutes, no one waited on us in the bar area was not even busy. We left the service there. Absolutely stinks. read more

Went with 10 of us, the food was good, from the apps to soups to entrees. It did take forever to come out, literally 55 minutes, but our server was great. You're gonna spend some money, but if it's for a special occasion, it's decent. I will try again, but if it takes as long as last time, it'll be my last time. read more

Sea bass is excellent. Have gone back several times to have it. However lunch which I've done several time is not worth it. Went with a large Group and the comments were so so. Not a place they would come back to. So unfortunate because the dinner menu is so much better. Service is wonderful every time and restaurant is very nice. read more

We had been to High Tide Goodyear one other time. We sat at the bar for drinks and apps. We had a nice time and left saying we need to come back for dinner. Last night we did and had an incredible evening. Our server Shelby was fantastic, drinks were terrific and the food was excellent. We had calamari, crab cakes, sea bass, and halibut all very good. We also met the owners Chris & Kim, really nice people. We had such a good time we are planning our next night out. I would highly recommend giving High Tide a try, great vibe, nice atmosphere and especially nice people. Support local! read more

If you're looking for speedy service, this is not the place. Our server moved slower than a 90-year-old driver in CantaMia... actually, come to think of it, maybe those drivers are faster. The wait for food felt endless, and when it finally arrived, it was a letdown. The fish and chips were atrocious - super greasy, soggy, and barely edible. The kind of meal that makes you regret skipping the frozen section at the grocery store. I was hoping the oysters would make up for it, but at their prices, you'd think we were dining in Scottsdale. News flash: we're in Goodyear, not the waterfront, and certainly not paying for ocean-view real estate. With slow service, overpriced seafood, and subpar food quality, I won't be in a rush to come back - though clearly, neither is the staff. That's a one and done! read more

Love High Tide!!! Always a great experience. I've had quite a few of their items and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend

We were so excited for this restaurant to open once we heard it was coming to Goodyear. We visited the first week, but didn't have too high of expectations as some kinks are expected. Boy were we wrong...they exceeded expectations! We tried the Rockefeller Scallops, Tide Roast, Firecracker Roll, and Crème Brûlée and everything was 10/10!! We sat at the bar and service was good. We can't wait to go back again. read more

We tried High Tide tonight. We were impressed with the service and atmosphere of the restaurant. We ordered the Sea Bass, and Cioppino. The food was very good and the sea food tasted very fresh. We will be back. read more

This place had only been open about a week when I visited so I'll give them the benefit of working out the kinks. Our waitress came over pretty quickly but only asked if she could get us anything...a drink please. The drinks took at least 15 minutes and they weren't busy. Drinks were dropped off but our order was not taken. She finally came by to see if we needed anything and I said we'd like to order. Again appetizers took at least 20 minutes but I will say the oysters on the half were outstanding as was the Brussels sprouts. Dinner finally came but my dad's salad never came so he asked for it to cancel it. Well they brought it anyway, good thing cause his main entree salmon never came. He asked to cancel that but then they brought it anyway while the rest of our table had finished their meal. I will give this place another chance read more

Poor server needed some back up. Slow getting food and table was never cleared between courses! Other staff just hanging out!

First time there. It has a ton of seating, at the bar also. Very clean. Their menu seems to have everything "under the sea". We had shrimp cocktail and Rockefellar Oysters, delish! Our mains were the Chilean Sea Bass and the Parmesan Crusted Halibut (a special that night) both on risotto but different sauces, wine, and a chocolate tart and key lime pie. All selections were well presented and delicious. Now for our server Shelby. We give her a 5-star rating. Shelby kept us updated on our orders, explained her menu precisely and gave well received recommendations. Extremely attentive, professional, and very personable. Shelby is an asset and a definite keeper. Thanks for a really nice night out!! We shall return. read more

Visited Father's Day...was not a pleasure! What seafood restaurant doesn't have clams on the menu....not in soup....not in hot brine to crack open...just some canned, chopped thrown in certain meal orders. When does Key lime pie, everyone has had a piece to think about, come with lime pudding between the crust? This not only disappointed me but am sure the people in Louisiana are upset. Drinks were a dream mixture of someone trying to be creative but has little experience in doing so. Sorry...this place is not a place to go to when you want a nice seafood dinner. Service too, was terrible!! read more

we were there Tuesday, January 27, 2026 for Crabby Hour. Two of us got the cheesy Crab bread appetizer and could not taste any crab at all.-just a roll with melted cheese on it. Definitely not worth the $13 we paid.!We should have told the server but did not. Will not go back read more

Not terrible but not amazing either. The food was okay but fairly expensive for what we got. Ambience was also mediocre for what you are paying for. Not sure w e will go back read more

What has happened to one of our favorite places? Last night was a nightmare! Previously reserved for our group, but restaurant was totally unprepared. It took an hour and twenty minutes for appetizers to arrive after being ordered and the entrees another hour. Beverage and water refills took forever and were inconsistent. Despite being seated a half hour prior to Happy (Crabby) Hour, prices were not honored due to delays by restaurant staff. Even surrounding guests were shocked by the horrible service accorded the group! Unfortunately, this horrible experience has resulted in a large group promising to never return! read more

Love love the bar at early afternoon (bar tenders are great!!). Two weeks ago took fam to dinner ordered fillet mignon around and it tasted & looked like pot roast. Went for lunch today had spinach/beet salad w/grilled shrimp. Shrimp wasn't grilled (have no clue how it was cooked) and looked & tasted awful (sent it back and they took the same shrimp and put something on it to make it look grilled) and salad had no beets. They brought beets that had to be canned....terrible. I loved this place when it was new but won't come for dinner again. Service at dinner was terrible. read more

Had a great time with the family. Food was very good, service was great, ambiance was excellent.

Excellent food and service. So grateful to have a restaurant with wild caught fish. They had some staffing problems early on, but has been much better the last 3 times! Very good! G8ve them a try or another try if you like better quality! Wish Buckeye would get some healthier options! read more

Very disappointing. Looking for a good seafood resturant on the Westside. Tried High Tide and talk about disappointed. The service was terrible and the food mediocre at best. In todays world when you spend your hard earned money you sure hate to waste on a lousy meal and poor service read more

Food and service was great but it's a pre-private restaurant a Milford one and two drinks on 30 bucks plus tip kind of expensive

Sadly the ambiance was odd and service was bad. Uninviting atmosphere. Service forgot our appeitizer and drinks. We then were charged for both. Its to be expected higher prices for seafood in Arizona, but still not great food. Would recommend Spitz arcoss the square, atmosphere is lively, staff friendly and food is great. Prices at Spitz are high but worth it. read more

This is a beautiful new restaurant and we recently experienced it on the second day it was open. We did not realize that it was only the second day, but it explained the slow service. We had a fantastic waiter who came by frequently. He noted because it was only their second day that things were still getting worked out in the kitchen. We didn't mind the wait and we think it was our waiter that made the difference. We were there for happy hour and enjoyed ice cold beer. Our appetizers were calamari and may I say it was excellent. So much so that we ordered a second round of it. We each had a cup of clam chowder which rivaled clam chowder that we've enjoyed in San Francisco and Boston. The only issue we had with the clam chowder was we thought it could've been hotter. It was served warm and cooled as we ate it. Our 2nd appetizer- the crabcake was shared betweenthe four of us, we thought it was OK - it had a bit too much lemon. Doesn't mean that we wouldn't order it on another visit to give another chance. Can I talk to you about the bread? You could have just a meal out of that hot sourdough bread and butter. Really really good. Lastly, we ordered edamame w a spicy finish. While we only enjoyed the cold beer -the bar is a sight. Just beautiful and heavily stocked with premium liquors. This will be a go to restaurant to impress our out of town visitors. We are sure to be regulars here!!! read more
