We discovered the existence of this place at the Saturday market. The bloody Mary that day was excellent. In shop I think I got the Pioneer in the attached picture. It was perfect. I'm gonna marry it. I have a cohort who went full sober a few years ago but loves a bougie drink as much as the next pinky out drinker. They've given us a great location to be grownups out without the problem of no options for him! Plus the location is ideal to enjoy before a show. Drink selection is really well thought out and executed, prices are average for drinks anywhere else, and the extensive collection of bottles to purchase to elevate your home bar made my foodie son ecstatic. They're giant and nearly eighteen and felt Very grownup. I love that they deter people from bringing small children to keep up the grownup vibe. The decor is comfortable and clay and fun, we'll probably become regulars. read more

Love this place! Small and cozy, chill vibes, nice service. I think it's super cool to have a "bar" that's alcohol free, and much needed. I don't drink often (and currently pregnant so not at all right now) and so I'm always looking for a good mocktail option, which is sadly pretty scarce at most restaurants. HST has a great selection of hand-crafted drinks and an option to "create your own" with a special menu. There's also a wall of coolers showcasing all kinds of grab-n-go NA canned options. We had the honor of attending a tasting at High Street Tonics and it was incredible. We got to try so many individual shots of NA spirits and had a couple of curated drinks! The owners were so nice and loved talking about all the different aspects of the drinks! We ended up getting one of the Dhos spirits in the orange flavor for a gift! Eugene has a great alcohol-free cocktail bar now. This is not about what they're leaving out or what you're missing. My drink was elevated and delicious. The proprietress let me taste a lot of spirits. She was great. They make their own tonics and bitters. All in all this was a lovely experience in a lovely place. read more

I love that his place exists! For so long, N/A options have been an afterthought, but this spot brings them front and center. I love that HST makes so many of their own tonics and bitters, and they have a lot of knowledge and information about the functional properties of various ingredients (e.g. what's good for digestion, for a clear mind, etc.) My spouse and I each got an NA cocktail. I choose the Golden Haze (NA whiskey, house-made turmeric tonic, house-made bitters, cardamon-black tea seltzer.) It was a delicious, refreshing, and pretty. My spouse got the Rose Quartz. We also split a snack plate -- I love that you get to customize your snack plate! The ambiance is nice -- mellow music, lighting that's not too bright but not too dark. A few high top tables, some seats at the bar, plus a small couch and a few stuffed chairs. They also have shelves and coolers with a huge selection of N/A beverages for purchase, including HST's own house-made bitters and tonics, and some ones made by Rooted Remedies, a local herbal shop that also happens to be next door. Timmy was a great server and bartender -- very friendly and we really enjoyed chatting with him. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't miss the alcohol. I will probably never choose to be 100% sober, but I love that this spot exits as an alternative for times when I don't want alcohol but I still want to sip a fancy cocktail. If you're looking for a mellow place to get a beautiful and flavorful drink, whatever your level of sobriety is, don't miss this spot! read more

I am so excited for High Street Tonics! I am approaching my two year anniversary of being sober, and it's something that I never thought I would be able to achieve. The transition into a N/A life has actually been rather easy, thanks to businesses like HST. Businesses that are creating thoughtful and tasty options for the sober drinker. Everytime I want to treat myself to something tasty, I make the trip over and stock up on their selection of canned options. Eventually, my goal is to replace all the alcohol in our home bar with N/A spirits. Thankfully, HST has an entire wall stocked full of exactly that, so I wouldn't have to go searching too hard to achieve my goal. A fascinating and simply delicious Journey with a wide array of botanical and masterfully distilled non-alcoholic spirits including adaptogens, fungi, and many more wonderful surprises. The best surprise of all was the congenial, positive camaraderie from the owner/staff team. A very highly recommended stop for anyone who likes a pub/ (wine) bar atmosphere. I was totally impressed by this NA (non-alcoholic) tasting room! I had been wanting to come here since they opened and I'm glad I finally did. I met up with some friends and we all ordered some delicious cocktails crafted with NA spirits, tonics, bitters and more. The drinks had a great depth of flavor to them and I like how they also offer NA beer, wine, and bottled drinks. You can also purchase NA spirits by the bottle here to take home. The two employees working were super friendly and knowledgeable. The lounge area is very small with a couple standing tables and a little couch area so if a group comes in it might be hard for more than a couple more to sit inside but we didn't have any issues when we were there. There was plenty of street parking but you will have to pay at the meters. This was a great experience for a group with some who don't drink, some who are taking a break and some who just wanted to try something new! We will definitely be back. read more
