This is my second and last time at this establishment. We made reservations and upon arrival we waited by the designated sign that said "wait to be seated" but no one greeted us so we had to wait until finally someone came from the back. I told them that I had a reservation and there response was "Just find an open table." The staff was not friendly at all. We were able to find an open table and immediately noticed that the menu they had online and even the one they had via QR Code was incorrect. Our server was not knowledgeable on the wine selections or food items. I wanted to get a specific entree but I was told that they no longer serve it, even though it was on the menu. Our waiter was not attentive and told us that they didn't have many items that was on the menu. I settled for the Oaxacan Chili Wings and it was not good. The waiter told me not to get the Guajillo Chili Sauce and Lemon Zest sauce added because it wasn't good and I'm glad I listened. The food was subpar. Also I didn't like that 20% gratuity was added plus they did not validate so we had to pay a high price for parking. Very cool rooftop bar. Small bites spot but good food nonetheless. Arrive early to get prime seating and pack your patience as they do have slow service. Parking Tip: Do not valet park. Drive past the hotel on 14th street, hang a right on Crescent Ave and immediately on your right is a parking garage for $10 via an attendant. I didn't have cash and the guy let me Cash App him. Great place with a great vibe. I love the unique cocktail menu. The service was excellent too. If you are a hotel guest, you can enjoy bites from High Note along with a cocktail at the pool. I was here during the day at the pool with cocktails. It was relaxing and peaceful. I was back in the evening and it had a very fun vibe. You have to try their chicken sandwich. When we arrived to the rooftop this past Saturday there was no employees present. there was a line of people waiting at the bar to be served. A manager showed up walked past everyone and did not acknowledge any of us as he stood with the back door open speaking to the bartender who was apparently in the back room behind the bar. I made eye contact with him multiple times and he still continued to ignore everyone. After those 10mins the bartender came out and said she was the only one there working for the entire rooftop so we would not be able to be served food so we decided to leave. Then the bartender said they validate parking but when i put my ticket in the rooftop machine it charged me $20. So she told me to go downstairs to checkin to ask for validation assistance. After going downstairs there was no registration booth and only a bar with another missing bartender. After waiting 10mins for him to arrive with again multiple people waiting to be served, he told me the hotel does not validate or manage the parking garage and to use the assistance button on the parking call box. After leaving, my parking ticket was clocked by the parking meter as 28mins which was under 30mins which was listed as a $5 fee however the machine was trying to still charge me $20. When i pushed the assistance button the lady who answered was very very rude and told me it's $20 for weekend parking and she is not responsible for the restaurant not being able to serve us and we would not be allowed to leave without paying $20. That was one of the worst experiences and I can understand being short staffed however I cannot accept being ignored, being given the run around, not knowing the parking policy, no one taking accountability for parking, and being charged $20 to park for less than 30mins even though not being able to be served after making brunch reservations only 2hrs before arrival. Ok so I saw the reviews before I was invited here on a date but because I wasn't paying lol I still went. Let's begin with our server. He took more than 20 minutes to check on our table everytime. We were seated in a patio set. Luckily I didn't dress as I was instructed or I would have been greatly uncomfortable. We ordered drinks it took them 20 minutes to get out. We then ordered food at the same time. After waiting 45 minutes the server returned stating "I don't know if it's my fault or the kitchens but did y'all order food?" So we say uh yes and he says " what wAs it because they don't have any for you." So we repeat the order. We then proceed to wait another 30 minutes calling him back to the table and letting him know we'd just like to go somewhere else at this point. But as he's walking to kitchen our food comes out. Please see pictures below pork belly cut extremely too big! Raw on the inside! We are chefs this is not how you serve pork Belly. They serve grilled octopus for over 20 dollars and it's was two 3 cm pieces! That looked like salmonella! Wings were fried with absolutely no seasoning completely flavorless! Atlanta's still getting its feet wet with the rooftop bar thing, but this place is a welcomed addition to the Midtown bar scene. Their drink AND food menu are unique enough to check out and the relaxing vibe next to their rooftop pool is an added plus. Beautiful patio right next to the pool on the 6th floor. Came here on a Tuesday with my boyfriend for a drink. Beautiful layout. New hotel. I stayed at the moxy in downtown Chicago and was excited they brought this to my hometown. Drinks are good and priced reasonably. We didnt eat because my boyfriend is picky and wanted more options...but they have a pretty nice selection for a bar. Can't wait until it gets hot in Atlanta to come up with friends. Love that it's open to the public. I'm sure with a little music and more of a crowd it will be amazing. read more

Met a friend here on Sunday & it's such a nice rooftop bar and the weather was pretty good to be out there. The setup is nice & they even have a few cabanas. They have heaters as well & they turned them on for us as the evening was getting colder. Our bartender/server was excellent and took great care of us. The prices were average for a hotel. We already ate so we just got drinks but the food menu looked really good so I'll be back to try somethings on it. For drinks my friend got the Unnamed that she liked a lot so she ordered another. My first drink was the 1919 which is like an old fashion which I enjoyed it &liked the hint of cocoa at the end. My second drink was the TKO & I liked the presentation of it but the drink itself is messing a little something, it wasn't bad but it needed something to bring the flavors together. I really like that it's open to the public and can't wait to check it out when it gets hotter and more people find out about it. read more

Absolutely NOT. Today's experience at High Note left my mood lower than what I anticipated the business to "invite" myself and my besties to join on a Friday afternoon. I read the reviews on OT regarding the limited menu after making reservations (which prompts me to leave this review). With that in mind, I was proactive about reading the menu before hand so we knew not to expect much. That joy was short-live when the waiter (Jaimen) shared that the wings were not worth it, took our order just to return 7 minutes later and ask what I ordered . I adjusted to this let down by ordering what I hoped would be a more "quick & simple" dish - The Kale Caesar Salad W/ Chicken, my friend ordered the Burger w/ no bun which arrived 10 minutes before the aforementioned Salad which after the 15 minutes mark I canceled from coming. The Drinks... French 75 (my signature) and a double shot of Top shelf tequila(& as a tequila connoisseur it was NOT- ). I am beyond disappointed . I'd say I'd come back as a last resort but honestly probably never even then. Great potential but pls... Do better read more

We stopped by here on a Saturday night before dinner for a drink. Prices are kind of expensive but they have some good cocktails and craft beers. It is right next to the hotel pool so there was a mix of people from there and people going out for the night. Service was a tad slow but nothing too terrible. We were excited when we arrived because the ambience was nice. But then the manager happened. With a 9:30 reservation for 8, the first guests arrived at 9:15. The birthday couple arrived at 9:45 and the manager rudely told them they only held tables for 15 minutes. She did not seat them. My husband saw them and brought them to where we were seated. Then the rules were laid down. With 5 people seated, no food orders could be taken, only drink orders until everyone arrived. Only 1 check would be allowed. We advised the server that there at of the party would not likely eat and to take the order for 5. The manager intercedes once again and told the sever not to take our order. The server advised us she had never heard of these rules. We determined it was not a good idea to spend our money here as it did seem as it was desired. We arrived here around 830 on a Saturday night and the place was fairly crowded but there was seating still avaiWe came to celebrate an engagement party. So ordering drinks was a nightmare. It literally 30 minutes to order a drink each time. The bartenders were slow and were not focused. A lot do the drinks seemed like they were pre-made so not sure what was taking so long. Also ordering food at the bar was a nightmare since You couldn't order at the table . Will most likely not be returning . Everything was a little over priced in my opinion but it was a Midtown hotel bar. Lack of servers was annoying. The couple of them that were available were only sticking to their "sections". The sever who was a male was very rude and asked us to wait back at the entrance where no one was there to greet us from the beginning. Then I watched him walk around for a bit acting as if he was cleaning off a table then came back over to my group waiting at the door and asked how many of us there would be.
