As soon as I walked through the door, I could immediately tell the house felt clean and ready to live in. I believe my first comment was, "Wow, this is so clean!" John even offered help far beyond the original scope of work. In addition to the thorough cleaning, he helped set up our washer so that it could operate safely, which was incredibly helpful. He also took the time to point out issues with our window screens and gave us advice on how to address them. It was clear that John really cares about doing the job right, not just checking things off a list. He was super detail-oriented, checking and re-checking his work to make sure it was done well, and knowledgeable about many things throughout the home that we wouldn't have even noticed. We would absolutely work with John again for future projects, especially since his team offers more than just post-construction cleaning. I only wish they provided recurring regular cleaning too, as we would hire them without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I took him on a tour of the small house out in the Sunset District of the City, and showed him what needed to be done and when (I made sure to give him the exact date of when I needed someone to come over and do the clean out job). I also told him I had another person come by the night before for another estimate, and that I would let him know who I would choose as soon as I receive his estimate. He said he would email me an hour after he left to send me this estimate. In the meantime, I kept the other guy waiting. Well, Andre emailed me a couple of hours later and basically said in the email that "As we discussed during earlier, I am writing to let you know that we will be busy this week and cannot have anyone do your job", which was not what I expected-. We only verbally discussed that he would email me with an estimate, NOT that he could not do the job. Why did he come by the house instead of cancelling if he was going to be busy and not able to help me? My guess is that the job was too small and not worth the money, which was totally fine-all he had to do was say so, and I would have been able to call the other person right away. Needless to say, based on this experience with Andre, I do not recommend this company.
