You can tell he loves what he does, by the passion in which he speaks of everything. The cider was delicious, each one we tried better than the next. We even got a fifth and unexpected tasting, which was delicious. The ambiance is relaxed, inviting and feels like you're in the middle of a mill, which I loved. It's so welcoming! While this location is located about a 15 minute walk from the main downtown area of Salem, the walk is pretty easy. We got there around 2:30 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon and the location was fairly steady. They did have live music as well. We both ordered the honeydew slushy and absolutely loved it. I wish there was a way to be able to ship it to Florida as it was so amazing. I also got a flight so I could try some of the new ciders that I hadn't had before.
