I did not open the sandwich to check how much burrata there was, but adding some more would not have hurt. The fig jam was definitely the star of the show. It overpowered some of the other flavors, but I didn't mind. The caramelized onions might've also contributed to the sweetness; they were soft and good. I was glad they did not add too much arugula since it can get bitter. The ciabatta was a good choice of bread for this sandwich, and it came lightly toasted. I did not taste much of the garlic. The fries were good. They were like regular fries, but with some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and a parmesan dipping sauce. I also ordered some secret sauce for my fries because I went down a Reddit rabbit hole and was compelled to try it. I was not impressed and it indeed tasted a lot like ketchup and mayo, with maybe a couple other things. We stayed for the full match including overtime. The owner, Spencer, was incredibly nice and taught us everything about the ciders from the pressing to the serving. Spencer has his own orchard so the apples and entire process are from him. You can tell he loves what he does, by the passion in which he speaks of everything. The cider was delicious, each one we tried better than the next. We even got a fifth and unexpected tasting, which was delicious. The ambiance is relaxed, inviting and feels like you're in the middle of a mill, which I loved. It's so welcoming!
