Called the restaurant multiple times over an hour later just to check on the delivery, but there was no answer. Finally got through, the woman answering the phone said the driver should be pulling up "any minute". Called back 45 minutes later to check again. We were lied to initially; the order was never actually made, and the manager told me they were short delivery drivers that night. Cancelled the order after two hours. I ordered a Greek Salad & the lettuce was deffinately not good at all. Bad rotting lettace was very upset about it because was starving and craving a Greek salad & was given this. I picked out the bad lettace & was left with this tiny salad. I live nearly a half-hour away, yet over the past 6+ months I've found myself hitting up Lord Pizza about 2-3 times a month. It's easily become my favorite pizza joint and, believe me, I've tried many, many pizza places in the surrounding areas. So far, I've ordered maybe 5 different pizzas off their menu and while everything I've tried has been good or better, there are two selections that really do stand out as exceptional - see below. #1) Sicilian Pizza: If you were stuck on a desert island and... Yeah, I doubt I'll ever grow tired of this pizza. I order mine just plain cheese and garlic (added/topping). And, FYI, unlike most pizza places you definitely get your money's worth here if you add garlic as a topping - huge flavor. #2) Cordon Blue Pizza: They may have struggled to give this creation a proper name, but as far as specialty pizzas go this one stands out in a major way both in terms of originality and taste. So, what is it? It's basically a fried chicken pizza - fried chicken, ham, alfredo sauce and swiss cheese. It may not seem like anything too special, but trust me: you want this pizza! (I recommend enjoying it with dash of cayenne - for anyone who likes the heat.) The other pizzas I've tried off the menu include the Veggie Lovers (good), Margherita (good), and the Spinata (excellent). There are other pizzas on their menu that I look forward to trying that just haven't managed to fight their way into my order as of yet. Finally, on concerns brought up in other reviews regarding the service at Lord Pizza: Yes, ordering over the phone can be a struggle at times. Yes, the staff is very kind and friendly in person and orders are always ready on time. The menu on menupix is outdated. Many menus on menupix are outdated (I mean...get a clue, people!). Finally, let's be honest, all of these concerns regarding service are rather trivial for a place that consistently delivers great food. And Lord Pizza does exactly that. Enjoy! This place is a blessing. The menu is pretty large, the food arrives on time and hot, they answer the phones and are friendly when you call. The prices are reasonable. Our bbq chicken pizza got a little messy by the time they delivered it, but overall we were very happy with the experience. My friends loved the Texan pizza, their take on a chicken bacon ranch. I just came here last weekend because I was looking for a close by place to my work that I could get food. I called ahead for a pickup order. The guy who took my order was just not getting exactly what I wanted and I had to repeat the order six times. I'm not sure if it was because of a language barrier, but when I went in he was super nice so I didn't mind all too much. The food here is excellent. The fries, pizza and wrap are all really good. I found this place online and by looking at the photos of the pizza crust itself, it looked more like real Italian style pizza. So for the first time, I decided to order from this place. As a walk-in, they were cordial and I didn't have to wait long. I ordered the Sicilian pizza, and it was delicious. I am Sicilian and sometimes make my own pizza.
