Well, it was maybe 2 weeks ago that we went by here for the first time because there's really not a lot of good pizza in this area. The service was fine there and the pizza was ready when we got there . However, the ingredients were not good... the pizza tasted pretty bad. I guess this area just doesn't have any good pizza. My wife and I each had literally one slice and I couldn't eat more because it was that bad. I don't typically leave reviews but thsi was not great. Had a few good lunches here, but now I can not recommend. Ordered a small two topping pizza, Bacon and Tomato. Apparently tomatoes count as 2 topping not just one so my two topping pizza became a three topping pizza. Which was only slightly more than a two topping but it seemed like a cash grab as they skimped on the tomatoes, as I had a hard time finding any. Tomatoes where diced instead of having whole slices. Avoid this place as its getting worse with the customer service and the business owners are looking to nickle and dime you each time. ask for the price on the phone and be sure he charges you that + tax when you go in, they have a habit of over charging. read more

There's lots of mediocre pizza shops in the Plainville/North Attleboro area so this place stands out as one of the best in the area (no pun intended). Consistently good pizza with high quality toppings make this a go to place. Subs and calzones are also pretty good as well. Prices are fair. Good pepperoni pizzas. The buffalo chicken pizza is one of the best I've ever had I've tried dozens and dozens over the years. Online ordering is also a bonus as it's hard to find around here. read more

DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!! Went there to pick up our dinner and forgot our curly fries. Called to let them know. Manager said he will make it right away. My husband made his way to the restaurant. I stay and started to eat. As I was eating my chicken carbonara there was a hair. Then I started to move it around and saw another piece of hair. I called again and the same manager said no one has hair there. The girl left 2 hours ago. I reply sir it's a beard or males hair. He proceeded to say he made it and there is no hair in it. Then continued to blame it on my husband and said it was my husbands hair. And I asked to talk to the owner he said the owner isn't there. I'm beyond livid. The negative reviews on bad customer service is 100% accurate. The owner is very disrespectful. The company I work for makes a large order here every Friday, it's always on time and the food is good- however it's Thursday and was craving an Italian sub so I ordered one for my husband and I (who works here, too). Personally, I get subs from subway, it was my first time ordering one from here, I was very optimistic. When I opened up my sandwich I immediately saw what looked like plastic wrap imbedded in my lettuce.. I pull it out, yup! Sure enough, it's plastic. I immediately call the business and tell them what I discovered, the phone is passed to a man with a thick accent and I tell him what I found, to which he starts yelling "take it out and trash it, eat the sandwich it's a good sub, all the time you call to complain, be careful, you never happy, you always complain!" I say "EXCUSE ME? this is my first time ever calling with a complaint, my first sub ever ordered from here" he interrupts "no it's not, you order all the time and all you do is complain complain complain, what happened to you?!" I'm beside myself at this point and say "i don't know who you think I am but this is PLASTIC in my sandwich, I could have CHOKED on this, at the very least an apology would have been nice" he must have looked at my number because he then apologizes and explains that he thought I was a Spanish girl from this company who always orders a small sub and complains- I tell him I'm not Spanish I'm American and he says "ohhhh you're American! I thought you were the Spanish girl!" Ummm and if I was, what does it matter? Apparently it mattered because he turned into the biggest sweetheart and offered to replace or offer a credit. I tell him my lunch is almost over and I cannot wait for a replacement, just leave a credit for next time.. little does he know there will not be a next time and I will be telling everyone in the office about what happened today. I have a right to complain if there is something inedible in my sandwich, I have a right to complain no matter what race I am. I'm absolutely disgusted. Sadly I cannot go to Best pizza Mart anymore. Even though the pizza is pretty good here but as they have grown the service has gone down hill. Delivery is now very slow and my pizza has arrived lukewarm and that's if I'm lucky. Last time I ordered pizza the delivery girl nearly dropped the pizza and all the cheese and some toppings went to one side. Asked for a new pizza and Sam the owner said that he was too busy and that he'd refund the money. This is after I waited 45 minutes for the delivery. Lastly if you do go here make sure that they charge you correctly. Sam has a habit of overcharging if he knows he can get away with it. Edit: I finally found a place that actually has better pizza than Best Pizza. It's called Bill's Pizza and literally 1/2 a mile down the street from Best Pizza. What makes Bills better is their crust. It is softer and more buttery tasting than Best Pizza which is usually drier. Customer service and delivery is heads and shoulders above Best Pizza! read more

It was fine. Nothing special -- wasn't the best, wasn't the worst. I appreciated the use of fresh mushrooms, not canned. But way too many olives on our speciality pizza. I would have bet there was over 100 olives slices on the pizza. Overkill and masked the taste of any other ingredients. The crust could have been crispier. Fries were excellent. How could I have forgotten to Yelp for BEST for so long? They've got EXCELLENT pizza. It's a greek style pizza but not a greasy as one of the other very popular local spots. We are so fond of the pizza we haven't taken on any of the other menu items. We order it when we have people coming over and it's always gone over well it satisfies the greasy pizza loves as well as people who like things a little dryer. I do suggest getting an approximate time for delivery as it can vary. Sometimes it's best to pick-up if there's going to be a very long wait. I tried a turkey sub and a small cheese pizza. The Pizza was decent. It had lots of cheese, a crust that wasn't too soft nor too crunchy, and the sauce had a unique sweetness to it. Last night, I ordered a lamb and beef gyro. They have multiple Greek items on their menu so I thought it would be decent. I should have known when the employee asked if I "wanted it on a sub roll or wrap". I told her "pita wrap, that's what a gyro comes in". It came (after horrible delivery service & communication) on a white flour wrap, burrito style. The "tzatziki" sauce was not tzatziki, but mayo. Who knows what kind of meat was on it. "Best" is a joke, right? This is the greasiest pizza I've ever seen. I had my order delivered. It came within an hour, as promised. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was a puddle of grease at the back of the box. I picked up a piece and it was soggy with grease; not crispy at all. Best pizza isn't humble with their name and they shouldn't be. My husband and I have ordered from them regularly the last four years and for good reason, their food and delivery has not only been excellent but consistent. We have never received a mediocre or bad pizza, calzone or sandwich from them. Their product has always been great and fresh. The thing I can't emphasize enough is that all of their ingredients are fresh you can tell in platters, sandwiches, and pizzas and especially with their chicken on their pizzas. A lot of places cut corners and don't use a lot of chicken and also overcook, Best doesn't. It's pretty great when you can order one of their pizzas with chicken, and be full after a slice and have plenty that reheats well As new parents we found ourselves ordering out way more than we'd like. The best thing about Best was we were never faced with bad take out. It was consistently good and great. Nothing is worse than after a terrible day, exhaustion, choosing to spend money on ordering out and being disappointed. Since then this is our go to when we have friends over and want to order out because we know everyone will be happy.
