Normally, I scrape off the slaw--especially if it's the heavy mayo-based kind--but this one was lightly dressed, vinegar-based, and added just the right tang. Alongside the pickles, it complemented the sandwich perfectly. The fries were undercooked and not particularly memorable. The other reviews are from serious people, but who I think travel quite differently than me. 1. Does not provide someone to help that is not on their phone. I was not even sure that the guy hanging out there worked there, and worried if I paid him I might end up actually giving my money to a random person. 2. A significant portion of their items are mislabelled. Not that I checked many, but out of 6, 1 was mislabelled as something else. 3. their checkout scanner is a self scanner that tries to do visual recognition that has difficulty recognising objects correctly until YOU figure out you can just use a UPC scanner that is off to the side. 4. The credit card scanner does not work reliably. I will have to check with my credit card company to confirm I was not charged twice. Clerk from point 1 eventually came round and asked me to scan my card again, so at least I paid once. 5. They give you a QR code as a receipt, only. No printed receipts, and it does not say that up front clearly. I thought I had paid because of the info on the card reader. 6. They are expensive, about 30% higher than Logan Airport's prices. 7. They short-changed the snack. On a 6.5 oz snack, when I weighed it unopened at home on the kitchen scale, it was 5.6 oz, excluding tare (the weight of the packaging, which include a flimsy twist tie, the bag, and the printed label). So, they shortchanged me about 15%. I cannot imagine going back. Apparently this style and quality of interaction is on brand for Olive and Finch. The whole grab-n-go stand as it worked seems to me like a set of microagressions in retail. Not that you are going to read this review before choosing to go there, but if you do, keep these points in mind. If Ralph Nadar was around, I would hope he would go after them. If you are in consumer protection in Colorado, let me know.
