Located at the Terminal C inside Denver airport ! Had a layover for 3 hours therefore there's too much time to eat !!! Several seating for dine ins as well as bar area seating ! Dined in for a quick bite before boarding time ! Having 3 Little Pigs a sandwich served with Roast pork, calabrese and prosciutto with cherry peppers , pepperoncini, Fontina, dijon aioli and sesame hoagie! Best sandwich I ever had in Denver!! Flavorful meats and had very generous serving slices of meat!!! Excellent service by Kat!!

It does seem like a very busy place with steady flow of patrons the whole time we were there. Staff kept in contact and timely service and food orders came in a good timey manner. ** Read menu carefully on small print. We shared a plate ( no big deal ) but to cut the burger in half they charge $2. So don't say split the order.

The main location for the brewery is north about an hour or so in Fort Collins so if you are able and willing to make the a trip up there you will get their "full on" experience there. It's been a while since I have had New Belgium. I never had too many complaints about their beer other than discontinuing a favorite or two over the years so for this review it was time to get a refresher and have one of their beers again. I got a New Belgium classic which is their Fat Tire which is a blonde golden ale. Flavor highlights in this particular beer are malty, sweet and hoppy. All very well balanced. The beer is smooth and light bodied. So you can have more than one with relative ease as it goes down easy. Nice location for the traveler whether they be weary or not to sit down and have a meal and some cold, refreshing beverages.

I'm not really too keen on airport restaurants other than the one I fly out…read moreof, but this place is actually really good and I'm glad I came here, surpassing copious other options. They were really busy, my first bartender (Alex) acknowledged me right off the bat, got me a beer and I sat here for a bit. I have a 4-hour layover so I'm not in a huge rush for anything. I sat for a bit and finished my beer and the second bartender (Alexis) came up to me and asked me if I needed anything, so I ordered some cheese curds. They came out super fast, I wasn't even expecting them. They were really good! I'm probably going to order hot wings here in a few, Because by the time I land tonight I won't have any food options. I ordered a double vodka/soda w/lime, and my bartender made it REAL proper like pahtna! I'll snap a few more pics, and I'll order some wings, I'm sure they'll be good. My only thing, is looking at other people's food going out, and the portions seem to be a tad bit small for the price. So if you're ordering a burger, expect that right off the bat! ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. On this visit, we shared the fish and chips and a plate of mac and cheese. I was surprised by how good the fish was. It was moist inside while still being crispy on the outside. The fries looked good, but unfortunately, they were soggy. The mac and cheese was decent, though nothing especially memorable. Our server was friendly and checked in on us periodically. I think the reason I keep coming back is that the restaurant does not feel cramped. The tables are not packed on top of each other, and after spending a couple of hours on a crowded plane, I appreciate being able to sit down and eat without feeling like I am fighting for space.

They had a big selection of local beers and the food was decent. Not super expensive for airport but not cheap either. I got their hazy IPA and classic Brewery burger. I only ate half of it because the patty was so dry and lacking flavor. WHEN I choose to eat a burger which isn't that often; I really want it to be amazing. I guess I should have expected that in an airport. Also the french fries were stale and the pickle spear did not snap with freshness either. I did see that a couple nearby ordered an amazing looking Caesar salad. Maybe I should have ordered that! Julie, was, however, an absolutely amazing waitress and the host was over the top hospitable. He even sat me near a window because he noticed that it was a bit chilly in the airport that morning.

His attention to detail and the way he interacts with the patrons coming in and out of the airport is pretty impressive. He checked in several times with everyone and ran a super clean and friendly environment. I had a couple mezcal paper planes that were extremely well crafted and we struck up a pretty great conversation about Mexico and tequila. The food here is TOP notch, which I was surprised by. They make a ton of stuff in house that was very refreshing for an airport joint. He was saying the Chicken salad Sandwich was really great. Can't wait to come back and give it a try. Thanks Jim! Hope you're here next time

The dark-haired bartender responded with an extremely hostile attitude when we tried to order. We were told that the poke bowl (around $30) could not be made until 11:00 AM, despite it being 10:45 and the menu stating nothing about this restriction. When we asked if we could order it ahead of time and receive it at 11, she snapped, "NO, we can't even ring it in until 11," and then told us to wait outside. We complied initially, then sat quietly at an empty table near the hostess stand, completely out of the way. Shortly after, my friend informed us that the manager had approved placing the poke bowl order before 11. We paid, tipped, and sat back down briefly while waiting for the food. Within two minutes, the same bartender aggressively approached us and yelled for us to leave and wait outside. When my boyfriend calmly explained that we were simply waiting for food we had already paid for, she responded, "I don't care, you can go wait outside," and essentially kicked us out of the restaurant. This happened despite us being seated out of the way and not disrupting service, and in a high-traffic airport area where her reaction caused more disruption than our presence ever did. To make the interaction even stranger, after we waited outside, a male bartender brought us our food, handed it to us, and said "peace out" in a sarcastic and dismissive tone. This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional food service experiences I've ever had. I've worked in the food industry for 12 years and attended culinary school, so I understand pressure and policy. This was not that. This was unnecessary hostility, poor communication, and a complete lack of basic professionalism.
