Large lounge with showers and two buffet offerings. One is a made to order bar (omelets in the morning, sandwiches and salads at lunch. Burger bar on my last visit.). Generally healthy options. A few areas to get coffee and sparkling water. Plenty of seating options, bar height, dining tables, couches and chair options. The shower was great as I had many delays and needed to freshen up. The brand of toiletries is high end and smell wonderful (if you're into essential oils which I am.). Buffet Servers and greeters are always friendly. Bartenders don't seem in a rush and aren't very friendly which is baffling to me and takes this review from 5 to 4 stars. They were celebrating their anniversary not too long ago and had some nice candies available. On my last visit I received a bottle of hand sanitizer cobranded by Clear. Christiana checked me in on my most recent visit and was a gem. You can tell she loves her job and is proud of the lounge and all they offer. My only suggestion - add more power outlets. Several tables do not have chargers and it can be challenging to find one when the lounge is full. read more

I'm a fan of the Centurion club. If you can get in, sometimes the waitlist can be over 30 minutes. It is an oasis in an airport. Some of the things I like about this location over others, it has two bars. So the capacity is much greater than the Houston Centurion. They also have a cook to order grill, that delivers freshly cooked specials each day. Today it was a customizable Mac and cheese. The regular trough food is pretty good as well. Did I tell you drinks and food are included? If you fly more than twice a month, and there is a Centurion club in the connecting hub the Amex Platinum card will pay for itself. Everyone here seems to act like they are the reason this club is here. Is that entitlement? With connection flights, the crowd is constantly turning over. There is much seating with bar, high table, low table, and a 'kids' area to keep the noise down. It took me 33 minutes to get in on the waiting list today. The clubs secret seems to have leaked out. Centurion Lounge in Denver = absolute layover glow-up. I had a 3-hour layover and decided to be responsible and use the amenities instead of rotting at the gate. I reserved a shower and omg... the shower suite was actually clean and stocked like a mini Sephora tons of toiletries and little extras. Then I grabbed breakfast and the drink situation??? Coke Zero on tap (we love to see it) and they even had chai lattes. They also had a mac & cheese bar but I was already full so I had to show restraint for once The staff were sooo sweet, it wasn't crowded at all on New Year's Day, and the lounge is huge big U-shaped layout so it felt spacious and chill. 10/10 would come back read more

Airport lounges are heaven sent for me. I travel for work and to be able to sit at a lounge with fast Wi-Fi and delicious food and drinks makes business traveling somewhat better. Honestly, highly disappointed. If it wasn't for the alcohol, I would have rated a 1 star. They didn't have many things and the things that they did have were not that great. Most of the "buffet" area was empty and they just weren't filling it. I was there for about two hours waiting for my flight and they only filled up one dish. People weren't happy about it. read more

Absolutely NO complaints about this lounge! The line was a bit long coming in, however it moved fairly quickly and check in was a breeze! There was ample seating for your layover needs! Whether you want to nap, eat, socialize, or work, there's something to accommodate that. Everything was super clean and the servers were ON IT when it came to clearing tables for guests. The food was absolutely scrumptious! I had a combination of pasta, potatoes, tomato bisque, baked chicken and spinach, and for dessert I had a mini tart and a slice of cheesecake. I paired my meal with some chia tea which was YUMMY! I truly can't complain about any facet of the food! Bathrooms were in tip top shape, and I didn't find the place to be too crowded. The Centurion Lounge at DEN is tucked away toward the end of the C terminal, by gate 48. Take all the conveyor belts down until you see the big green wall looming overhead. I actually got on the waitlist before going into security but it takes so long from security (Clear+PreCheck) through the shuttle train that by the time I got to check-in my code was expired. Thankfully they weren't throttling the incoming, although it was quite busy when I arrived on a Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Caught the tail end of breakfast and got to see the local specialty Live Omelette Action Station. There's a secondary buffet off to the side with delicious piles of smoked salmon. When I was done eating I wanted to move to one of the cushier lounge chairs but it was tough to find an available seat. Lunch was served shortly thereafter and the transition from breakfast to lunch was gradual so that nobody was deprived of their meal of choice. Lunch featured items like slices of Pork Tenderloin and Shrimp swimming in lobster oil sauce. It was all quite delicious. And the bar was well appointed although the queue was done a bit inefficiently for a fairly cramped space (I really should have tried the secondary bar). So all in all it it's quite crowded but decently stocked. Is it worth going to when your flight isn't in the same terminal? I'd say yes, if you don't have a better option. read more

I'll start with cons: -The wait was crazy, we had to join a virtual line but it was glitching so we had to wait in a line to have them add us. Then once you're notified, you have to stand in another line but there's a timer! So if they're too slow to check in others and it runs out, you have to re-check in smh. -It was SO hard to find outlets at this lounge, and the one we did find ended up not working. -There were tons of flies everywhere -Bussing was slow compared to other lounges I've been in but I do understand it was busy -no to-go coffee cups available -half of the drink station machines did not work, including the water fill station? Pros: -food was pretty good for a lounge, and a nice spread of healthy options -I enjoyed that our corner had a smaller bar, smaller snack station, and smaller drink station as a satellite area from the main stations -make your own pasta was pretty unique and fun! the line was long and it would take a few minutes so probably not the most conducive thing ever but it felt a little more elevated. I just wish they had more customization options (since it takes a while anyway) -I did enjoy the fun desserts like the cheesecake cup with the chocolate spoon -- cute! -Coke Zero on its own tap was GENIUS and I was very happy to sit directly next to it lol read more

An adequate Amex lounge by amex standards. Not large enough for an airport of DEN's size but has good amentities, clean bathrooms, decent food, and is a nice place to stop during a layover. Just be warned that it is likely to be full inside at any hour and you may be stuck outside for a bit in a digital queue. We had to do the digital wait as it was at capacity but the wait was only about 10mins. read more

this lounge is okay, with the annual fees and the online hospitality that AMEX has it leads you to believe all of the lounges would be the same. This lounge specifically the men that circle the lounge are so incredibly rude and racist, I had a 4 hour layover and I was just sitting watching something on my iPad waiting and one of the workers came over, in such an incredibly rude and loud tone he told me to move me feet away from the furniture...mkay?? As I look around and see every non poc with shoes on the couches , tables etc. disappointed to say the least. He mentioned all ids I have were suspicious but that's none of his business. Nothing illegal but I have ids for multiple different jobs because nowadays you need more than one job! Most of them are JOB IDs! That's not gonna be legit at all bar! DA! Other than that, none of his business. Rude. Hello! I'm freaking old okay?! Cranky ol' bartenders! When I asked for a second wine (I had only had one) they said it had been less than 15 minutes and I would need to wait. It had been 15 minutes or more because I ate a whole dinner plate in between! It seemed sexist because if I had been a man in a business suit they wouldn't have even questioned. So way to make a female solo traveler feel welcomed. Being shooed away. They really had something against me. So I waited 15 MORE minutes and got my second glass of wine and only had 2 total because then I had to run to my gate! All the way in A! Plus by the time I went to get a second glass there was a LONG line now because the other mini bar closed. They should have just served me the first time. Ridiculous. We stopped by the Denver Centurion lounge on a Tuesday afternoon and luckily there was no wait. In the morning they had an omelete station and they server was super nice and made the best omeletes. The other breakfast options were delicious and I loved the biscuts and gravy. The bar was very well stocked but the bartender ended up carding everyone regardless of age which some of the patrons there that day were not a fan of. He was also a little slow and there was a line most of the time we were there. One thing that could be improved is the coffee selection. The automatic coffee machines they used didn't seem the highest quality and the beans tasted a little burnt that day. They also didn't have an to-go coffee cups so we had to chug it before we left. Do note that the C concourse is where most Southwest flights fly out of. If you are coming from another concourse you have to take the train, which can get quite busy. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you need to use it. read more

Needs a facelift. Food was weak and I highly doubt it's being refreshed at food safety intervals. Smells like cleaning products and human excrements. Several machines like espresso and ice cream were out of commission. Crowded. The vegan option was fried tofu, which seems odd considering the plant-based clientele skew healthier. As I was coming up the escalator, I grew concerned as I saw a long line of a dozen or so people waiting to get into the lounge, especially with all those horror stories about overcrowded lounges in the back of my mind. Thanks to the efficient team of front desk staff, the line moved quickly. The staff saw that it was my first visit to this lounge and offered her warm greetings. Although the lounge wasn't too overcrowded, there weren't a lot of good seats available. I dropped off my luggage next to the larger bar and went to check out the food options. This was the first time I came to a lounge during transition time, so the kitchen team was ready to clean up the breakfast items from the buffet area. Therefore, I quickly hopped on the omelet station as I waited for the lunch items to come out. This was my first time getting freshly prepared omelet at an airport lounge. I wanted to save some appetite for the lunch items, so I asked the chef to make me a smaller size omelet. The lunch selection and quality was comparable to other Amex lounges, solid overall. I was mostly attracted by the desserts: panna cotta with cherry, tiramisu, and brownie. I had to try one each and each one was delicious as expected. Although the bar was also crowded, the bartenders were friendly and efficient. I was undecided between the Karwinski Lift and the Rocky Fence. The bartender made it easy by quickly recommending the Rocky Fence and it was tasty and complex in flavors. I ended up moving to a table with full views of the terminal below and enjoyed my meal and people watching at the same time. This definitely is a solid Amex Centurion lounge and I wished I had more time to enjoy it before my flight. read more

This is a very busy lounge as is DEN airport in general. The 3 separate times I've visited - only once have I been admitted before my flight. The place is nice and clean and bright - built in a donut like glass structure. Plenty of seating and felt open. Good food options and coffee/juice bar. There was a made-to-order omelette station. A nice bar for the drinkers. And quiet spaces away from food and saw a shower on the way out. Workers were polite and courteous. Quick to pick up empty plates. I always love a good Amex lounge hang, but the layout at the Denver airport isn't my favorite. Located above the C Terminal, this lounge overlooks the main concourse area and the runway. The layout is in the shape of a "U" with the main bar in the middle and the buffet dining area on one side and the lounge area on the other. I did notice a second smaller bar being built in the lounge area, but it was under construction during my visit. The staff here is always super friendly and very attentive, always making sure the lounge is neat and tidy. The food here was also lacking a lot of flavor. I had to add salt and/or hot sauce to almost everything. To be honest, the food at the last few Amex lounges I've visited have been severely lacking in flavor and creativity. The shining light was the create your own mac n cheese station. I added jalapeno's, mushrooms, and roasted chicken to mine and it was delightful. I will always hit up a Amex when available, but let's hope they step up their food game soon! read more

This Centurion lounge is on the smaller side compared to others I've been to, but it's very easy to get to no matter which terminal you land at, as long as your layover is long enough. We had 3 hours and change in between flights and made the most of our time there. Despite the size and relatively crowded state we found seats easy and didn't have to wait for food, coffee, or the bar. We were there for breakfast and the buffet choices were pretty good; even though the eggs were clearly from a bag (or some other alternative egg state that does not include fresh cracked) that was easily solved by topping them with a generous ladle of the pork green chili. Early AM doesn't have a full bar but I was very fine with Prosecco and a screwdriver. There are showers (just two) and some smaller pod-like spaces to get a little privacy, and there were a few areas set up with plenty of charging (just not where we were) so it would be easy to get work done. Overall - easy to access, decent food, and comfortable seats. Worth going to on the house with a quick swipe of platinum. read more

I've been here multiple times. It's located near gate C46. There is always a line at the bottom of the escalator so as soon as you can, rsvp on the AMEX app. Once inside, everyone is friendly and hard working. It is U-shaped with plenty of tables and chairs, and outlets of course. For breakfast, there is usually an omelette station. And then there's the main buffet line. Food is always good and the line does go quickly. Today they made a very good pork, bbq chicken wings, build your own Cobb salad station. In previous visits they have had a gelato station. Bathrooms are always clean. The bartenders are very nice and friendly. It's a great place to relax and enjoy some goodies while waiting for your next flight! read more

Probably the smallest AMEX Centurion Lounge that I've been to. London comes to mind as the next smallest. I was just there last Tuesday afternoon on a same day business travel from NYC and back. Located in Concourse C, I was still able to access the lounge even if I was flying Delta in Concourse A, thanks to Denver airport's efficient train system. Easy to enter around 3pm but it was pretty crowded past 4pm. Hard to find a table due to the smaller space. Food had a couple buffet options but honestly nothing stood out as very appetizing. I did appreciate the live action counter, didn't really see any chef but there were beef gyro slices with a pita bread and an equivalent vegetarian option. Went well with some hummus options. I had a glass of prosecco from the bar but if you want soda you'll need to ask from the other bar. I guess it's their way of controling the beverages. Pretty cozy lounge but just wish that food had more delicious variety and had some inspired pastries or desserts. They only had sugar cookies so skipped that. Lots of attentive staff though which was pretty nice. Overall, it was not bad, but honestly not also a wow experience for the supposedly premium and luxurious experience intended for AMEX Platinum & Centurion cardholders. Hope to visit again and see an overall inspired and premium vibe. read more

Okay so at first glance I thought I was going to be disappointed because the lounge definitely doesn't look from the outside as anything special. I was wrong wrong wrong! Let's start with the food- breakfast was a full omelet station with pastries ranging from croissants to muffins to donuts. There was also hash browns and fruits overall a great spread. Everyone was super nice and for limited seating the place was super clean. The best part- the entire drink menu was all included. No upgrade BS! Such a great wine selection and awesome pours. Unresponsive Management and Inconsistent Policy Enforcement Despite complying with Amex contractual terms by presenting government-issued ID (Homeland Security-issued Global Entry/Pre-TSA), my Amex Platinum Card, and a valid boarding pass--all of which granted me access to the lounge--the bartender arbitrarily demanded different identification than the federally issued ID that had already been accepted at entry. This inconsistent policy enforcement prompted me to request intervention from managers Elizabeth and Lucille. Neither manager responded to the request, nor were any employees available who could competently address the conflicting policy requirements. This experience reflects poor customer service standards at this lounge. read more

The Centurion Lounge overlooks the terminal, and looking up it looked to be not too busy, so we made our way there to kill a few hours before our flight. Unfortunately, they section off the seating overlooking the terminal, giving off the illusion that the lounge isn't busy. In reality it was absolutely mobbed. We did two laps around the space looking for any kind of open seats before realizing we were better off down in the main terminal. The bathrooms were tidy, but unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of any of the other amenities! read more

I stopped in the lounge while flying out of Denver and had a decent experience. There was a little wait to enter the lounge and I'm grateful that Amex has started the virtual queue process. This lounge is probably the smallest I have ever been in but was easy to maneuver and I was able to get a seat quickly. It also has really nice decor consistent with other Amex lounges. The line for the bar is in a weird spot and it got pretty crowded there if more than 3 people were waiting for drinks. The bar tender was super nice and made up for the awkward wait with friendly service. The food from the buffet was fresh and flavorful. read more

My gf is AMEX Platinum cardholder paid me to be guest ($50). We were enjoying the lounge -- food and drinks were great -- but things took a turn when we accidentally walked near the front desk looking for the bathrooms. Even though we had already checked in, an employee claimed she didn't remember us. While I was in the bathroom, another staff member confronted me and accused me of sneaking in. Super uncomfortable and unnecessary -- we had paid and followed all the rules. (Look out for the older Asian Lady who checks you and doesn't give off warm welcoming vibes. Also the African American lady who like above embarrassed us) I love AMEX lounges, but being publicly questioned and embarrassed like that was the last thing I expected. Definitely not the level of service I've come to expect from AMEX. The good news is that we called AMEX and were able to get refunded for the 50.00 entrance fee. Maybe I just came at the wrong time, but I found the lounge to be quite crowded and food to be just okay. It must have been the end of breakfast, because there wasn't a whole lot of selection. That said, the sausage and eggs were pretty tasty. No Diet Coke, only Coke Zero. No desserts. Very little fruit. People who work there are very friendly and nice. I was on the wait list, and my time came available quite fast, but I was already in another terminal and couldn't make it back in the ten minutes they allow. So I added myself to the wait list again when I was closer and it took about twenty minutes to clear me for entry. I had three hours of "airport appreciation" so there was plenty of time to enjoy the lounge. It's competitive out there when it comes to finding a table, so grab one when you see one. Especially tricky if you're traveling by yourself. I am always a little leery of leaving my bags unattended in a packed lounge when I get up to get food or something. Bar area was beyond busy, but I didn't try any of their drinks or cocktails. I'll probably come back and give it another go next time I find myself in Denver. read more
