We have ordered pizza to go from Hideaway multiple times and it has always been amazing. The car side service has always been fast and friendly. This has become our favorite date place. Just an easy place to be. Our faves are the Caesar salad, garlic knots, and a pizza called Da Bomb.

Love their gluten free pizza. We usually die at the bar or pick up to take home. Great service. Good appetizers too.

This was my first time trying this pizza and it was my first experience at Hideaway. I must say I was impressed with the pizza and the service was friendly and helpful. Arrived at 4:30 pm, not many people there. Ordered our appetizer and pizza. The appetizer came fairly quick and was good. The pizza on the other hand took almost an hour, it was not hot. Could pick it up with our hands right away even though the waitress claimed it was fresh out of the oven. I asked why it took them an hour to make one pizza and was given excuses of having a lot of take out orders. The waitress informed the manager but all he did was casually walk by our table asking if we were okay. I said yes because we were okay but he clearly didn't want to ask about our complaint, and the food was not okay. read more

We thoroughly enjoy the food at Hideaway Pizza. But honestly it's the getting seated and dealing with the hostess stand that cause us issues. We love the ability to join a waitlist at restaurants so we don't have to be crammed inside waiting areas, standing. But for some reason the waitlist here isn't helpful. I can join the waitlist and then come in and have to wait behind 15-20 people to "check-in" with the hostess...only to have to wait to be added to the list behind all of those people. What good does that do? Today, we went through the process and the hostess clearly didn't check us in. I got a text asking if we were still coming! After 30 min and watching multiple parties who signed in after us be seated we asked again, and finally someone cleaned us a table. Make the waitlist process better, allow online checkin, train your hostess people to use the system better. With 3 girls standing around at the podium, someone ought to be able to keep it running better read more

Ambiance is casual and service is typically good. The food pretty much never disappoints. Hideaway is a solid choice every time.

Came for lunch. The service was friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was busy but enjoyable. I got the lunch special, small pizza and salad. The house salad was well mixed with the house dressing and Parmesan. The big country pizza (with hand tossed crust) was well proportioned with meats and cheeses. The amount of sauce was perfect! Ingredients are fresh! Caesar salad was super crisp fresh lettuce, dressing not too overpowering. Kids Mac n cheese good quality ingredients but very bland. Veggie pizza crust absolutely amazing but lacked flavor, I had to add crushed peppers and parmesan to get it up to par. Ice tea is very watered down. Lasagne is a very large portion and flavorful and on the spicy side. Seat was dirty upon sitting down and I had to wipe it down and bathrooms weren't clean either. Overall vibe of restaurant was urban hip. I would eat here again but I would ask for garlic and spices to dress up the flavor for the party. This was honestly the best experience I've had with a pizza place in a while. I ordered a medium build your own pizza, and the 50/50. When we pulled up to the curbside parking we had our food in about 2 minutes. It was hot and fresh, which is a huge bonus for me. The fried mushrooms were great too, perfect amount of crispness. Out of towners and our family took us here for dinner (I forgot my wallet). To be fair the food was good however the female manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. For context I am in my 40's and bald. My younger brother was drinking an alcoholic drink and I tried a drink of it. I was met with this lady coming up to our table kneeling down beside me and in the most condescending tone told me in front of my children and other family members if I took one more sip of that drink she would escort us out. WoW...! What a great place to eat pizza! We ate here a few days after the restaurant opened. There were lots of people there, but our wait was only about 5 minutes. We walked into the restaurant and were seated with great service. When we got to our table our server Gabe said he was going to be taking care of us. We got our drinks which was the only enjoyable part of our meal then we got our appetizer with disappointment. The mushrooms looked like they had been through better days. We had asked for refills on our drinks after the mushrooms and they took forever I know why the mushrooms were such bad quality and it was because our server was painfully slow. When the ATW came out it looked fresh because it came out with some other server, and we had to track our server Gabe down for the rest of the items we needed to get through our meal. Hubby and I did a movie and dinner out last evening. Decided to try Hideaway Pizza. From the moment we walked in the door till we ambled out, tummies very satisfied, we love this new place for Conway! Our table was ready and waiting immediately, though we were told there'd be a 15 min. wait. Our waitress was prompt, friendly but not overbearing. I think her name was Abbie. Our veggie pizza ( can't recall the menu name for it) was scrumptious. We were VERY happy to see that HAPPY HOUR is from 4-7pm Mon -Fri! whoopee! Tried the peach Bellini. My second comment after 2 weeks of incident.Never heard what remedy was made to my prior visit to this establishment. Plastic in my salad, a manager that apologized and then he forgot what my wife ordered. We waited 15 minutes and I had to go to ask him if it was on it's way, "oh I forgot".
