This is a very typical 11", build your own, wood fired pizza place. I do like their crust better than most. It is not only that but the machine they use to stamp it creates a perfectly round shape with a slight raised edge which is not only pleasing to the eye but holds the sauce well. This location was clean and comfortable with a few seats outside. The crew was pleasant but I wouldn't call the service here exceptional. I would go back though. read more

I didn't mind waiting. The girl who made my pizza was very friendly. When I paid, I asked for the olive oil drizzle. Thinking maybe if I mentioned it before hand, it would be easier on the guy finishing the pizza. Turns out, it was funny, and the cashier and oven guy made fun of me and laughed at me in front of y face. When I asked what was the issue they just said nothing we got u and continued to laugh. Read reviews and decided to try. I had not been to a pizza place where you walk through and point out the ingredients you want, severs were really helpful. I had their regular crust (thin), my favorite and was nice and crispy. I went with my basic when at a new pizza place, pepperoni and sausage - was nice because I could direct the amount of sauce I wanted, the type of cheese, and the server asked if I want more pepperoni added, a nice touch. Just a basic interior, but good pizza, I will go back. Also tried the S'More cookie which the offered to heat up. Yum!! read more

Have returned several times since the opening and I'd say that quality has declined. Maybe the gluten-free crust doesn't crisp up as well as the regular, but it's been almost to flimsy to eat. I've been rolling it up like a tortilla. Still delicious, though somewhat difficult to eat! read more

Absolutely love it here. I've been coming since they opened and now I work next to it so I try to visit at least once a week. Staff is usually very nice. Amazing food. Not a singular complaint about the food. The pizza is delicious and there are so many toppings to choose from. Its essentially the subway of pizza. It can be pricey, but you usually end up with leftovers. The salad is really good and filling. The dough knots are so so good And the marinara sauce that it is served with is fantastic. Even the deserts are lovely. You have choices between a brownie, a s'mores cookie, and a chocolate chip sea salt cookie. I recommend the chocolate chip cookie. You can even get it warmed up. What a great operation. The folks here were very friendly and everyone was busy cleaning. Not the hand on the hip cleaning and pushing a broken sweeper like many places today. This entire crew was doing a deep clean and it make you feel comfortable eating here. The food was great which is a nice added bonus. This place is really just, good, fast, easy, pizza. If you've never been to Blaze or a place like it, think "Subway for pizza". I kept it simple with a pepperoni pizza finished with sea salt. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. read more

First off let me say that the pizza is very good. It's just a step below Zazas. I've had Pie Five and Pieology, and it blows them out of the water. The ingredients are quality and it's really fast. While the food is great, the atmosphere is AWFUL. The music is so loud that you have to scream to the staff to tell them your toppings. (The staff that is all about 15 years old) This is not a place you would want to sit down and eat because it is just so loud. Take it to go! read more

Great deal on the build your own. Quality ingredients, and short cooking time. Large variety of toppings to customize to your taste. You can ask for the thin or the pan crust. The thin is really good but much less filling. You get a lot more pizza for the money if you ask for the pan. Side salads available for customization. Clean urban trendy hangout. If you get your haircut at Great Clios next door they give a receipt for 20% off your meal at Blaze. read more

Gross, undercooked, subpar toppings as far as the pizza is concerned. Staff was busy goofing off, the only courteous one was the guy with the chin strap facial hair. This is basically a rip-off of the superior pizza chain Mod which is in California. read more

I really enjoyed the atmosphere! Great for families. Pizza was really good. My two girls split a cheese pizza and wife wife and I split a "complicated" pizza with 5 different toppings. The nice thing is that the price is always the same and you make it how you want. We will defiantly spend many dinners here! read more
